Consumer contact is very important and customers become highly concerned when there’s noway to communicate their concerns. When effecting techniques between communication in healthcare organizations modifications in research has been done. Mangement has set the pace as to what goals should be set and how to accomplish them. The workforce has stepped up their responsibilites on training employees and updating technology. They are promoting theories on knowledge that influnce behaviors and influence employees to attain organization goals. Employees are the key success to company’s reaching goals and managagement is responsible for the interaction of ideas. Manger’s work effectively with their employees, assisting and influencing goal achievement. Organizations in healthcare are equipped with a professional staff and impose a well organized workplace of employees. Advancement in providing facilites with new technology is a factor impacting the healthcare industry. According to www.kff.org, “The continuing flow of new medical technology results from other factors including the desire by professionals to find better ways to treat their patients and the level of investment in basic science and research. Direct providers of care may incorporate new technology because they want to improve the care they offer their patients, but they also may feel the need to offer the “latest and best” as they compete with other providers for patients.
Communication has been permanently changed by social media. A wide conceptual definition of social media, as cited in Ressler & Glazer (2010), is “The online and mobile accessible services that enable individuals to connect, collaborate, and share with others in real time.” Social media has an obvious influence on informal communication style and represents both possibility and liability for healthcare institutions. As cited in Bernhardt, Alber, & Gold (2014), “Social media provide healthcare professionals with tools to share information, to debate health care policy and practice issues, to promote health behaviors, to engage with the public, and to educate and interact with patients, caregivers, students, and colleagues.” It also presents challenges, including risks to information accuracy, organizational reputation, and individual privacy. Social media can be a very helpful in communicating among nurses and other healthcare providers while creating professional connections, and sharing experiences, but guidelines for appropriate use by healthcare providers are essential. Whether or not certain healthcare organization decides to use social media as a communications tool - social media policy still need to be implemented. Policies help establish an organization 's rules and expectations around social media.

Three main effects that medical technology has impacted our modern society are prolonging lifespan, improving quality of health care and promoting nation’s economic growth. The three stages of medical technology are review by regulatory agencies, technology assessments by insurance carriers, and review by purchasers, clinicians, and consumers. Review by regulatory agencies is the most recognized of the three stages and is administered by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). The FDA is responsible for protecting and promoting public health by regulating pharmaceutical products and medical devices.
