Bucket Man: Man, Myth, Legend, or Drunk Guy?
The title asks the question and leaves much unsaid: who is the Bucket Man?
To many who know the .gif (small, looping “video”), Bucket Man is a person with a bucket on his head climbing onto a car in the middle of a freeway. The man inside the car is angry; this is displayed when the man gets out of his car, climbs onto it next to Bucket Man, and slaps the bucket off his head. Under this bucket is not a face, or a black void, or anything in this universe that can be comprehended using science. It is… another bucket.
Man?
If one has ever worn multiple buckets on one’s head, one would know just how difficult it is to keep the rest of the buckets intact when one is knocked off. Bucket Man

Does one notice that both of Bucket Man’s buckets are blue? Throughout the ages, the color blue has represented wisdom. Bucket Man is the symbol of the owl, the harbinger of the new generation of scholars. He is akin to Athena in his ostentatious acts.
Legend? I chose to write about the Bucket Man due to my interest in supernatural beings. Mothman. Yeti. Aliens. They are all creatures capable of amazing feats. But Bucket Man is something else.
He’s different from the rest. He has a bigger cult following than bigfoot; he has a more mystifying aura than the Flatwoods Monster. There is actually filmed evidence of his existence. This leaves many questions... we know he’s real, but what is his purpose on Earth? Is he good or evil? The crushing truth is that we may never know.
But Bucket Man is still out there as far as we know. He could be human. He could be some sort of reptile. He could be dead somewhere (but probably not, as this would disprove the theory that he is omnipotent and therefore immortal). He could be on his home planet somewhere, with his own species of bucket-headed beings.
One thing is certain: he is in our hearts and will live on forever as long as we
In Christianity Jesus passed away however, his he is still present through the Holy Spirit. The Bible states “In John’s gospel, almost the entire dialogue in the Upper Room is Jesus telling his disciples that the Holy Spirit will take his place in their lives.” The Holy Spirit is just as comforting and just as encouraging as Jesus. As stated in the Bible Matthew 28:20: “I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” In Big Hero 6 Hiro’s
Nevertheless, with his thoughts and the way he sees life, there is still the question whether his monster qualities overcome those of the human’s.
he has no identity, he is looked upon as a monster that was never given the opportunity to
According to Texas myth carpetbaggers were taking over positons in office, and dominating politically. These carpetbaggers migrated from the north, and they supported the Republican party. Democrats were upset with carpetbaggers coming to Texas, and described them exploitive and corrupt. These individuals were known as carpetbaggers because they brought everything they had in a soft suitcase made of carpet. These carpetbaggers were seen as something negative that only brought bad energy to Texas, and did nothing to benefit us. Democrats also described them as someone who could not be trusted.

"I had saved a human being from destruction, and as a reward now writhed under the pain of a wound that broke miserable flesh" (Shelly 135). After this event, he condemned all humanity. "I swore eternal hatred and vengeance to all mankind" (Shelly 135). He wanted to be accepted by humans, but everyone who sees him despised and hated. Even an innocent child despised "You're an ogre," "horrible monster, I want to go!"

The creature is created from as it is implied, from scratch and is as a new human that is still innocent, able to choose its own path and be either good or evil depending on how it is taught and what it sees. The creature’s first impression of human nature is its own creator abandoning it. This, among other disappointing acts of humans such as when he is prejudiced and hated for only by the appearance of his face, ruins the monster’s
Grave were he is now. The importance of this is to tell us were he is now but at the same time were hes not.
He was just thrown out into the world to fend for himself and is just trying to survive. Not only does he scare his creator away, he is also horribly scary to everyone he encounters but he does not understand why that is until he sees his reflection in the water and realizes how unwelcoming he looks. Although this monster contains some human qualities, it is hard for him to fit in and he is downright dangerous to everyone around
He causes mayhem with crooks and gives them a message to watch their backs when trying to cause trouble with him.
In the "buckets of filth," one sees a potential symbol to highlight how the
contexts of time and place, and he is observable. At the same time and because of his faith or through it, he is or claims to be in touch with another world transcending this. The duality of this position some would say is the greatness and some the very meaning of human life: the heart of its
We, as readers, are equivalent to the priest in the story who warns his fellow villagers that “the devil had the bad habit of making use of carnival tricks […]” (544). Or maybe we side with the old medicine woman “who knew everything about life and death […]” and announced him as an angel (543). My point is that things cannot just be left unexplained and accepted as is. Instead, they must be dissected and have judgment and opinion offered from every angle. The mysterious nature of this creature’s existence is the central problem of the story but the main idea underneath it all is the search for understanding.
He is intelligent, clever and an excellent speaker. Like the tagline of the movie, he frequently makes an “offer he can’t refuse”. Another trait is his ability to read people, especially during Bonasera’s plea to the don. He is also a ruthless person, if he cannot deal with words, guns and bullets will. Even with his supposed evil, he is seen as many as a very loving father and many people love him. He was clearly hurt when he found out Michael gunned down Sollozo and McClusckey, indicating he loved Michael that he didn’t want his son to be part of any crime. He is able to separate blood and water, and embrace them both, evident when he adopted and raised Tom Hagen like he was a son. He also show a deep sense of morality, not agreeing to the dawning drug business at first, and when he did agree, he proposed that it should never be sold to kids and near schools. Near the end of his life, he became more relaxed and was able to enjoy his remaining
