Such unity and hard work can lead to victory, without it a group will not prosper and break under pressure. The movie Miracle and the book Bleachers are both alike but are more different when analyzed in chemistry, coaching technique, and success.

They do this through communication. This is an important trait for them because if the players do not trust their own teammates, there will be no unity. I myself can vouch for these statements because I was once a part of many teams for multiple years. I was a part of sports teams throughout my entire adolescence leading all the way to high school. When I had experiences with my club teams, I came to realize just how important common connections and goals were for a team to be prosperous and successful.

The recent victory of LeBron James and the Cleveland Cavaliers gives us a clear view into the dynamics of what makes a strong team. The Cavs collectively pulled together when the odds seemed impossible, but their efforts made them victors. A group is a couple of people put together for no apparent reason. The team is like a basketball team; every player has a position. On a team there 's a leader, being the coach, and that leader can choose to disseminate information to the players through the team captain. Everyone is not meant to lead and there are some people that prove that they have the ability to do more than just follow directions. Throughout this course we have learned the importance of team cohesion, communication, conflict resolution, motivation, inclusion, and the importance of diversity. It is important to know the different dynamics between that of a group and that of a team.

Teams are formed when individuals with a common taste, preference, liking, and attitude come and work together for a common goal. Teams play a very important role in organizations as well as our personal lives.

During my internship I worked with Franklin High School’s football team, I started on June 25th and worked all the way to August 14th Monday-Friday for 3.5 hours each day. So all together I gotten a total of 122 hours. What I did during the internship was help the coaches in any way I possibly could, such as help setting up equipment for drills, helping the quarterbacks warm up, help run drills , and being the ball boy during their scrimmages. I did anything that the coaches asked me to help with. From this experience, I learned many things that goes into being a coach for a football team.
