Outcome 1: Establish human resource requirements for a business operation.
a) Taking into account the sudden drop in students from one of the NZAB main markets in India provide an outline for the most favorable or desirable organization structure for NZAB new current situation. The new organization structure should be outline in term of the functions and the activity of the business operations.
Director: - A director is a person from a group of managers who leads or supervisor a particular area of a company, program or project.
Administration: - Administration is the process of managing a business or non-profit organization so that it remains stable and continues to grow. The administration of a business includes the performance or management of business organization of people well as the efficient organization of people and other resources to direct activities toward common goals and objectives.
Human resources: - human resources are the set of individuals who make up the work force of an organization. Human resources department in organization typically undertake a number of activities, including employee recruitment, training, performance etc.
Academic: - It is a division of college faculty devoted to a particular academic under the department course is generally given the name of the study field department such as science,
Human resource is an appellation used in referring to the workforce of an organization or company. Human resource management is involved in the act of putting together employees in an organized manner to assure the objectives of the organization are achieved in a competent and experienced manner. Human resources are the most important services of any organization since they are the catalysts of non-human resources and the medium for developing competitive advantages and sounds of creativity. No organization can exist without a human resources department (Walsh, 2009). A company without an HR department would be reducing its operations and could collapse within a short amount of time.
“Human resource management is defined as a strategic and coherent approach to the management of an organisation’s most valued assets-the people working there who individually and collectively contribute to the achievement of its objectives.” (Armstrong, 2009, p.4). Human resource is the employees within the business, Human Resource Management is the management of the employees and to emphasis what they can bring to the business and monitor how the business can improve. “The overall purpose of human resource management is to ensure that the organisation is able to achieve success through people” (Armstrong, 2009, p.8), if the workforce feel valued, the work performance will be of a higher standard, this in tale can then boost the businesses production.
Human Resource is a governance of organizations employees. A company 's human resources department is responsible for implementing and overseeing policies governing employee behavior and the behavior of the company toward its employees. It is the people in the organization that carry out important work activities. Managers and HR professionals have the important job of organizing people

Human resource management is the process of proper use of available limited skilled workforce. Strategic human resource management (SHRM) is a tactical method for the management of an organisation’s human resource function in line with organisational goals and objectives. SHRM enhances these functions by linking the traditional human resource practices to business strategy and the realization of organisational goals in order to enable the organisation to achieve a competitive advantage.
In Case Study 10.1, Economics professor Richard Easterlin asserted that money couldn’t buy happiness. He based his findings of studies conducted in wealthy and very wealthy countries. His theory was that if happiness indeed were a “commodity” that one could purchase, the wealthiest countries would have more purchasing power for happiness. Easterlin concluded from his research that the wealthier countries were not happier overall. One’s level of happiness did not increase with an increase in money. On the opposite end of the spectrum, individual happiness did not change between rich and poor individuals. This contrast has become known as the Easterlin Paradox. Easterlin asserted that one’s relative income (comparison between one’s income vs. another’s income) was more important than absolute income (income earned in a given time period).
