In this case Melissa gathered and learned many things before visiting to the Italy, Venice. When Melissa travelled to Venice and had face-to-face communication with their partner company at Italy, she realizes the reason for the frustration as the parent company at US has not provided the basic information regarding the product. In 2005 in a small town in Saskatchewan the local public school was shut down, and a new Catholic school was put in it’s place. I feel that the parliament and legislature should have the last word in deciding a case, and I have many reasons to support it. First, being that the Canadian Government is entrenched in the Canadian Charter of rights and freedoms. When Prime Minister Pierre Trudeau, made sure that the Charter was stuck to the future laws of government, it made sure that every canadian citizen has rights and freedoms, including legal rights. The legislatures and parliament would have to consider everything included in the Charter. Which made sure that the testimony used against suspects were realistic. Jennifer is a 2nd grader being referred for possible learning disabilities in reading. Jennifer has always attended Sand Hill Elementary and has not repeated a grade. She is eight years old.
