Lieutenant Holden executed her duties and responsibilities as the S4 in a capable manner. Her key accomplishments includes the (FY16) Non-Tactical Vehicles Board for USARCENT earning a cost saving of $2.2M dollars, commendable execution of the Brigade Command Supply Discipline Program (CSDP) and commendable equipment reallocation process, mitigating capability gaps for the unit’s ability to accomplish the mission forward.

She exhibited satisfactory physical and mental stamina to efficiently achieve and maintain the required Army standards. As a junior officer, she must continue to maintain her professional military bearing at all times, regardless of the operational limitations or constraints.

Intellect: Lieutenant Holden displays an extraordinary mental aptitude as a Logistician. She required minimal supervision due to her demonstrated ability to use sound judgement and adaptive solutions supporting the commander’s vision and intent. She creates simple solutions to complex problem sets and empowered subordinates to solve problems.
