Some clubs, learning communities or professional organizations that were discussed previously at the kickoff event that relate specifically to my program are the Canyon Business Club, and American Marketing Association. Regarding the likelihood of joining one of these clubs, it is likely that I will join both if I have enough spare time that permits it. Fannect LLC is a company that develops, runs, and maintains an app known as Fannect. Fannect is an app designed to not only determine the fan base of a sports teams but also rank individual fans. It is, therefore, a unique platform that enables fans to partake in competitive sport events that are powered by social network that aim at measuring the fans enthusiasm, ardor and comprehension about the team. One of these goals I have set is to work toward the founding of Campbell University’s Formula SAE team. The Formula SAE team is an undergraduate and graduate motorsports team that competes with other schools with a racecar that the students build. Along with Formula SAE, I plan to join other professional engineering societies and organizations. When I walked into the MSC, I was amazed at how many people showed up to the open house and at how many organizations A&M had to offer. The first pamphlet I received a directory of organizations. The first thing I did was look through the directory and found the organizations that I had planned on joining. When I found an organization that I considered I walked around the MSC to found that specific booth. However, while I was looking for the specific booth I ended up going around to each booth that I hadn’t considered joining an tried learning about what each of them did.
