Ronak reports a considerable amount of disappointment with his current job. The last few months have brought a lot of change in his life and his attitude towards his job. Ronak is unclear at this point whether he should quit the job now or in a few months when he has something better lined up for him. While talking about this dilemma Ronak is facing, he mentioned that his eventual plan is to leave this job and start something of his own. He doesn’t see himself working for someone else anymore. Ronak really values freedom at the workplace, he wants his job to be freedom-centered, rather than fear-based. Working in a democratic workplace is of utmost priority as it gives a sense of dignity and respect for Ronak and his unique contributions. He had left all his previous corporate jobs in search for this freedom and this current has only made worse for him. Ronak views himself as the kind of person who loves work. He has gone through a phase in his life where he was in between jobs and according to him that was the ‘worst time of his life’. This may be the reason for why he is hesitant to leave the current job and would like to wait till he has a concrete plan. On the other hand, he has also reached a point where he can’t take the current job anymore and really wants to walk out right away. In the past, Ronak has had many stepping-stones in his education and career. Ronak grew up in an area in New Jersey where the population is largely White and Asian. He did his schooling in a public school in the area.

Physical Health should be a priority to any human being. We are given one life and should optimize every single day of it. With that, I would enter the Planet Fitness Industry. This company has created; what I believe to be, one of the best environments for getting and/or staying in shape. I do believe a lot of gyms have a judgmental ambience that most people find to be very uncomfortable. So, those people simply opt out of pursuing a membership. I personally have obtained a membership at Planet fitness for over a year now. The environment is exactly how it is advertised to be. Attending this gym has inspired me to do more for any person seeking to better their quality of life. Not a single human should be afraid or feel judged for going to a gym.

At a time when many companies experience a difficult economic situation, they have to cut costs by laying off workers, and worse if your employees decided to leave for other competitors. Losing a talented worker is costly and to replace your top employee’s knowledge, experience and customer relationships is not something as simple as ones might think. So why do good employees quit? Even with high wages or great benefit, employees can still depart from the company if they do not get along well with their managers. So in order to keep good employees on board, the managers play an important role in knowing and matching their workers’ needs. In what follows, I going to analyze the case study: “Why are we losing all our good people?” which is about a fictional firm called “Sambian Partners”; what's really the reasons that is driving talented people out of the company and offering some solution to help Sambian stop the talent drain.
