In choosing what kind of product we are about to make, they considered “Buro”, “Bukayo”, “Pastillas” and “Coconut Powder”. Among the four choices, the group decided to choose Coconut Ketchup as their product considering that ketchup is always present in the tables of Filipinos.

Right of inspection. All partner have the right to check every details and accounts of their business for they will know what is going on in the business,
5. Right to use the property of the business. All partners are allowed to use some property of the business for the purpose of the business not to personal interest.

Here are some Responsibilities in Partnership structure:
1. To carry on the business to the excessive common advantage. Every partner must use his/her skill and knowledge in conducting the business to assure the maximum benefits of the business.
2. To attend actively to his/her duties. Every partner must be bound in attending in his/her duties to manage the business orderly.
3. To lend full information. Every partner should not keep any secret or cover up any information or details that are related to the business.
4. To be just and faithful to each other. Every partner must do an absolute good faith and equality towards other partners in the business.
5. To act within authority. Every partner is destined to act inside the scope of authority if he/she exceeds in his/her authority and the business suffers he/she will take all the responsibilities that the business
