As the lead investigator on the JonBenet case, I would like to applaud you all on your efforts, a job done well, but could be executed better. You all responded to a call believed to be that of kidnapped six-year-old girl. We are all aware that when a child is kidnapped, the FBI takes over. Team I am very disappointed in how the rest of our part of the investigation played out. More specifically, the crime scene was not secured, that can never happen again. Our crime scene was compromised badly, we had the father of JonBenet coming and going as he pleased unsupervised. Surely, evidence could have been taken with him during this time. Also, multiple people were allowed in the house during our active investigation. A lack of security all the
The ally bank launched in 2009, when the market is at worst time possible but that time everyone is looking forward for a new brand and ally bank came up with creative idea was simple to build a better bank for customer rights. GMAC officially changed its name to “Ally Bank”. Ally bank comes up in market with a large customer and success rate of small business. They provide the mobile service and social media services to the customers. Ally bank has focused on providing 24/7 customer service.
We have identified the child and located his family, we thank the public and the media for their assistance in our investigation.
This goal will continue, because Jessiah has challenges making constructive decisions about managing personal time (i.e. sports involvement, community activities); as well as understanding consequences of his actions.
1. Abortion is murder, because murder is intentionally killing an innocent person. Therefore, abortion is wrong.
If I were the Lead investigator in the case Of JonBen`et Ramsey I would have some serious issues with the first responding Officer. This case may have been closed and shut but due to many errors made by my staff, the department could be perceived as incompetent. The author Saferstein (2014) promulgates the steps officers should take to effectively process a crime scene in Chapter 2 entitled the Crime Scene. The first and most important mistake officers made was not securing the crime scene. No one currently present at the crime scene should be allowed to enter or leave without authorization. All person present should have been secluded to a secure area when they were not allowed to contaminate the crime scene furthers the first responding officer

During my many years of working in retail and restaurants the main skill I have adapted is the ability to stay calm under stressful situations. One example being, in April of 2016 I was a waitress at the Original Hooters located at 2250 Tyrone Sq, St. Petersburg, FL 33710-3950, working under the manger Robert. One night there was a group of male guests who become heavily intoxicated and one fell to the ground and hit his head. I grabbed a roll of paper towels and had him apply them to his head with some pressure to stop the bleeding while his friends brought the car around to take him to the hospital. Another example is during, April 2017, at Michael’s Arts and Crafts Store, location 240US Hwy 19 N., Park Place, Pinellas
The field of forensic document examination is based on the theory that no one's handwriting is exactly alike; instead, each person has a unique handwriting pattern that allows the person to be identified through a comparison of handwriting documents. In the case of JonBenét Ramsey the most helpful, confusing and incriminating piece of evidence was the ransom note. The notorious ransom note was clean of any DNA evidence. Handwriting analysis linked the writing on the note to that of samples of writing found by Patsy Ramsey while FBI experts linked the overall sound and tone of the letter to that of a male. While this unsolved case has many theories, Certain theories believe that Mrs. Ramsey wrote the ransom note, while Mr. Ramsey told her what
The police department is therefore appealing to those who are concerned and abhor this type of tragedy and wish to bring justice to these victims. Likewise the department is appealing to the consciousness and morality of those who have information to resolve this case to come forward. I appeal to those within this community to refuse to remain silent and
Kaylie is in the third grade at Newport Intermediate School. She is nine years old. She has been labeled with a mild mental disability. Through observation, it is apparent that Kaylie is shy and exhibits introverted behaviors with both her peers and her teachers. When working in a group, Kaylie will not participate without explicit prompts and cues from her teachers. She rarely speaks to her peers. She does have one friend in her class, Hailey, who she will speak to and play with during recess time. When she is presented with a question, Kaylie appears to think about the question being asked, but fails to respond during nearly 90% of observed instances. Although Kaylie is reserved, her facial expressions and general demeanor is kind and compassionate of others. She is never aggressive to her peers and exhibits a good sense of manners (saying please, thank you, I’m sorry, etc.) After speaking with Kaylie’s mother, Shannah, she has stated that Kaylie has low self-esteem. Shannah has stated that Kaylie struggles with thinking others are judging her. This negative self-esteem directly influences her participation in classroom activities.
The people involved in this dilemma are Brenda Capps, Kathy Arnold, Lisa Dixon, Perry Silex, Tina Causey, and the clients, A, B, C, D, E at Grand Lake Mental Health Center. The first episode was with the client A and client E; they were joking around a little, but their relationship was getting closer between them. Both clients were getting closer in the sessions and away from the clinic. To the point, client A was going over to client E’s house. Since client E has a boyfriend; client E, set a boundary up with client A it has been well contained. But client A was getting to physical, and too close to them personally with clients B, C, and D. It started out with client A putting his hand on their shoulders or
As Vice Chair I would work hard to continue the successes Bethancourt has seen this year while also focusing on areas I believe will allow Bethancourt to have a larger impact on its members, the MSC, and the general population at Texas A&M.

1. I think that auditors should be held liable for failing to discover fraud. There are many ways the fraud could have been discovered over the years if the auditors performed an objective audit that followed rules and regulations. It is an auditor’s obligation to perform an audit with objectivity, skepticism, independence, and objectivity. Ernst & Whinney failed to meet these criteria. The auditors did not follow professional skepticism because when Minkow asked them to sign a confidentiality agreement to not follow up with any contractors, insurance companies, or building owners. This is not something to simply accept from Minkow. Ernst clearly did not perform a thorough audit and did not perform the necessary
2d. In comparing bond yields with the yields on other securities, should the nominal or effective YTM be used? Explain. • The most important rate of return indicator is a bond's yield to maturity. The YTM factors in everything to give the true overall yield to an investor. It examines the nominal yield, current yield and years to maturity. The overall rate of return can be effected by the length of time the bond is held. 3. Suppose TECO has a second bond with 25 years left to maturity (in addition to the one listed in Table 1), which has a coupon rate of 7 3/8 percent and a market price of $747.48 3a. What is the (1) nominal yield and (2) the effective annual YTM on this bond?
