Introduction

In this modern era, as every documentations, lists and paperwork are being viewed and stored behind screens, we intend to invent a systems which is hassle-free and it ease the task of a user. In this case, where a theme park and its increasing numbers of branches and staff which kept growing would be hard to keep on track which could lead to unorganized task, outdate bills and may even cause an overdue of bills towards the company. Therefore, a system would be invented in order to assist the department of managers in managing and keeping updates of their branch and date of their theme park.

Consequently, the managers return to base and shift these diary entries on to a paper booking sheet which preserves all the progress report of each theme park. If there is any discrepancies, it will be sort out by calling up each manager for to display their reports to the Managing Director immediately. This somehow resulting in confusion for the management and staff whereby lacking in the system and not suitable for a fast growth company to practice this method because it becomes inadequate and also there will be a wastage by using paper. Another problem can be identified is that the each superiors (Managing Director, Branch Manager, Operational Manager and Entertainment Managing) have issues of their collect and compiling information whereby they accidently write out the wrong time in their recording logbook. This is visibly seen as ineffective as it muddle up companies information and complicates the whole process. With the existence of the new system, the Kiddy World theme park will be capable to resolve the problems faced in their current system. By having a new system, each supervisors of the organization (Managing Director, Branch Manager, Operational Manager and Entertainment Manager) will able to have their own profile to record information of progression of the theme park through a monitor and could perform their job efficiently without any difficulties. Besides that, the scope of the aimed system not only comprises the customers especially kids, but also along with the workers and the business itself. The management ultimately can produce daily progression forms and reports easily with the new system. The initial objective of the suggested system is to decrease the problems faced by the RD Driving School in their current system which are affecting the business processes and enable the process of recording information in a more systematic way. The purpose of this project is to investigate a business situation for the target of evolving a system solution to a problem or improvising progressions to such situation. Besides, it is also to pinpoint its goals and aims and develop systems through the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) that will accomplish them in an efficient way.
