A cardiac catheterization done a year ago showed 50% stenosis of the circumflex coronary artery. He has had episodes of dizziness for the past 6 months and orthostatic hypotension, shoulder discomfort, and decreased exercise tolerance for the past 2 months. On his last clinic visit 3 weeks ago, a CXR showed cardiomegaly and a 12-lead ECG showed sinus tachycardia with left bundle branch block. You review his morning blood work and initial assessment.

Ms. Clifton stated that Annette has anger issues and that they don't need family therapy at this time. Annette was very quite and mostly was looking her mother's responses regarding family therapy. On Wednesday, August 30, 2017 at about 10:00 p.m. Resident Director (RD) Jessica Estrada was on duty when she was approached by Resident Juliana Lopez. Juliana asked to speak to RD Jessica in private. Once in the Melody Hall Office, Juliana began telling RD Jessica that she was feeling uncomfortable around Resident Devon Cruz. Juliana explained that her roommate Montana Collins had informed her that Devon had made remarks about Juliana’s sexual preference. Juliana informed RD Jessica that he was making her roommate uncomfortable as well.
