India has a highly dynamic and entrepreneurial business environment (Ford, 2011). The freedom of democracy in India supports the country’s private enterprise greatly. India’s characteristics of sovereignty could very well succeed China’s Communist led, authoritarian growth model (Schuman, 2012).
As mentioned above, C2 was introduced in 2007 in replacement of the Knowledge Management Appliance(KMA), because the latter fail to tackle with the nagging issue—how KMA’s capabilities linked to productivity and profits of the company. C2 was designed to provide consultants with access to knowledge in the context of a particular work process, as well as provide continuous process guidance. However, the target group in this case is the consultants, the clients; in other words, C2 primarily targets everything in the downstream of Cognizant

In 2015 India was ranked among the highest countries globally in consumer confidence, this comes after the International Monetary Fund estimated an economic growth of up to 7% annually for the next decade in India. But this hasn 't always been the case, in fact, it wasn 't so long ago that India was simply another colonized nation around the world, not to mention it 's usually rare to see this kind of economic growth in such a small period of time. The Effects of globalization, with an emphasis on open trade networks, and the Imperial developments of the late 19th century have led to the emergence and rise of India 's market-based economy. This growth has been affected in a very positive way over a span of centuries by a combination of stronger economic developments brought about by a massive increase in the countries labor force and the emphasis on education and self-governance. An exposure to both the Western economic systems during the imperial age until their independence in 1947 and their subsequent involvement in the Asian, Middle Eastern and African trade routes from the late 15th century placed India in an economic equilibrium where they were able to benefit from both worlds and become one of the fastest growing economies.

For this assignment, this writer chose to analyze the CVS Caremark organizational values statement. According to a public relations specialist, the creation of the shared values statement was a joint endeavor by a select group of CVS top executives, specifically, the company vice presidents, under the guidance of Larry Merlo (Brown, W., personal communication , May 17, 2016). In analyzing the CVS value statements, it appears that the sentences represent specific actions that reflect the company’s core values. The words “passionate, relentless, innovate, work as a team” provides information about how the organization operates and shows the principles and ethics to which the organization adheres.
Whole Foods, like many other organizations, has a motto that guides their day-to-day business. Their motto is, “Whole Foods, Whole People, Whole Planet” (Our Mission and Vision, n.d.). This motto emphasizes that they are not just focused on food retail. Their mission goes beyond that; they are concerned for the well-being of their customers and employees, and even the planet as a whole. While whole foods does not have a separate mission statement, they do have a strong vision statement. This vision statement compensates for the lack of a mission statement because it brings them both together. They identify their deepest purpose as an organization to be “helping support the health, well-being, and healing of both people — customers, team members, and business organizations in general — and the planet” (Our Mission and Vision, n.d.). This vision statement identifies the main purpose of the company. Their main reason for existing is to provide healthy food for their employees and customers in order to help promote a healthier lifestyle. Their vision statement also emphasizes the importance of both customers and employees. By identifying their Team Members as people of importance, they are showing that they truly care about their well-being and they are not just concerned about making a profit. Their statement is also goal-oriented. It gives the company a sense of direction so that everyone knows the main goal they are to be working towards.
The Technovation Challenge that required you to code a mobile application to solve a community problem sparked my interest in computer science. I built up my skills in CS through the preparation for this competition, which led me to continue learning new programming languages like Java and HTML. The key message behind this competition was that even if you are a woman, you could accomplish anything in a STEM field. Only after this was I exposed to the inequality present in STEM fields. I wanted to give the same opportunities to girls all over to inspire and prepare them to pursue STEM fields. After being selected by the Made With Code Advisory Committee, I was further educated on the inequality and how much girls would be benefited if they had
