Before discounting questions as wrong, ask the candidate for their thinking… if it makes sense, go with it • Consider what a consultant would be looking for in the candidate • Presentation: can I put this person in front of a client? • Aptitude: Can this person accurately do the work? • Interest: Does this person like what they are doing?

The management of a consulting project calls on a variety of skills. This is an actuality that has been stressed throughout the course lectures, seminars and cases as well as throughout the course literature. The fact that consultants must integrate their skills when conducting a consulting project is as clear-cut as it is evident.
The interview of a case manager is designed to give students the chance to create an opportunity of interaction with case management. During the interview, the focus is to establish connection in understanding the purpose of their duty, adapted theory of function, ability to maintain self-poise, intellectual thinking process to maneuver from one case load to another, and demand of the population to whom the service benefits. The interview process provides an overview adjustment to distinguish the relevance between the provider mission statement in contrast with the employee who transforms the vision to concrete, workable possibilities of wonders while helping the client. Engaging in the interview process with C allowed me to experience the role of case workers at Adult Protective Services. When preparing for an interview, a great deal of thought and consideration needs to be completed before the interview even begins. The person conducting the interview needs to think about where the interview is going to take place, the time of which it will occur at, and what kind of technology will be used. They need to review the file and consider who is being interviewed, what the person has experienced, and how they may be affected. Interviewing someone is a crucial part of policing, and ultimately helps police solve crimes. When it is done properly, it can be very successful, but if it is not done properly, it could ultimately end an investigation. Therefore, an interview can either be successful or not, and here are some points displaying the success and improvements that can be done in interviews.
Consulting covers an extremely broad range of topics, businesses, clients and fields. However, Bremmer has somewhat of a bias towards writing this article; he is a consultant trying to sell his services to others by making these “new rules” seem more complicated than they truly are.
When giving this case, allow for some initial planning and brainstorming by the candidate, but then firmly take control of each of the “modules” described below. Try to move the candidate along through each of them, since in the actual interview only those candidates that complete all of the sections will be considered to have done well. This case tests mental horsepower and the ability to move to conclusions quickly.
