1. Colleen demonstrates building credibility and trust when working with others. An example of this is working with Kathryn Kent from Brand on the AquaReserve project. This project required coordinating with other and providing timely feedback. Colleen was trusted to work on this while Kathryn was going to be out of the office for ten days. The project was completed ahead of time.
2. Colleen delivers on commitments. Examples include:
• Providing input to the Creative Business Operations Director on the AMS Implementation Results to be included in a presentation to the PLT by the requested date (while keeping other commitments and supporting AMS users.)

Colleen asks others what she can do to help when they are in a time crunch. For example, Colleen has asked Carolyn Martin how she can help with Carolyn's training preparation.
4. Colleen holds herself accountable for her work and time. She provides feedback to AMS users in a timely manner and follows up with them to ensure their needs were met / questions answered.
5. Colleen has demonstrated her genuine interest and concern for others by attentively listening to them. She has attended team events during and after hours with enthusiasm and is excited to be there.
6. An example of how Colleen asks how she can support others is when working with Carolyn Martin on the AMS Project Brief User Training. She set up user accounts and the projects that were used for training and attended all the sessions, even those conducted after business hours (to accommodate other regions.)
7. Colleen demonstrated how she holds herself accountable for achieving goals when testing Kallik releases. These needed to be completed within a certain time frame to ensure that there was no impact to the business. Examples:
• Colleen identified critical errors to the AMS view and markup tool in the 5.2.7 release. This resulted in Kallik postponed the release until these errors were
Benjamin Franklin is credited as having said, “If you want something done, ask a busy person.” That is certainly true of Andrea McWilliams. She certainly knows how to get things done.
She was on the unit interviewing committee for 2 new nurses hired in March 2016. She provided useful insight to the 5 candidates interviewed.
She maintains a professional as well as compassionate relationship with clients and co-workers. She is able to take on numerous tasks with little or no direction.
Since day one of my management relationship with Jenny, she has been on a mission toward an ambitious vision of high achievement, critical thinking, self-efficacy, and culturally responsive & responsible teaching and learning. There was a never a day or moment when she was not constantly striving to operate
When Ken initially asked Ruth to XXX, he contributed to Ruth’s feelings of self-efficacy and self-determination. However, this was al torn down by the subsequent interactions. Ruth feelings of trust were destroyed by the feedback she received after making decisions that she thought would be in the best interest of the company. Two of the problems were the unclear goals set by Ken, and the freedom he gave to Ruth with the lack of communication. Virtually no sense of security was provide, which broke down Ruth’s confidence and eliminated the possibility for Ruth to achieve small wins in her new role.

Colleen regularly demonstrates proactively sharing information, ideas and best practices with others and collaborating with others. An example of this was working with traffic on a need to provide an AMS traffic report to senior management. She collaborated with traffic on what they needed and provided an option on how to pull this information from available reports along with Excel macros.
Colleen is willing to try new ideas, take calculated risks and learn from failure. An example of this is her work with the system core team to revamp both the AMS and DAM system training. She solicited feedback from others and observed what resonated with the attendees to make these changes. She took risks on how to present the training and continues to make adjustments to make it more engaging and impactful for our system users.
On Saturday, January 7th I interviewed Amy Beard. Amy is a program manager for FEMA in Emmitsburg, Maryland at the National Emergency Training Center or known as NETC. Amy has worked at NETC for eighteen years and two years as a supervisor. Currently, there are ten full-time employees signed to her work contract with her. As her job, her employees and her offer online training courses in emergency preparedness and maintain student records, as well as run a customer service department. After interviewing Amy, I learned more beneficial information about small group communication, especially in a work setting.
One of her working goals is to train local people eventually to take over her duties. This proved that she wanted to give to people rather than
In my class, I was able to witness Sarah as a conscientious, focused and able team member. She is well organized,
Jihane Menard is a CPA who previously worked as a Senior Audit Associate for KPMG and is now working as a Financial Reporting Manager for Interpublic Group of Companies. I particularly enjoyed being connected with Jihane because she has experience working in a firm that I aspire to one day join, KPMG. She noted that due to her day to day activities multi tasking skills are key for success in her role. This excites me because I know that is a skill that I have acquired through years of work experience. I am in an entry level accounting role and I already have to master that for success in my role so I can only imagine how much she has to juggle everyday. She noted that she didn't have these skills because of her lack of experience doing these
A few moments later Brook interrupted Ann saying that the situation had to be taken care right away. Ann knew that the marketing analysis was about to be finished by Joe, so she decided to have the meeting with the employees right away. She listened to all the employees’ complaints and told them that although an increase will not happen overnight she will commit herself to examine and take care of the issue. She also told them that she will try to get some funds for a training program where everyone could acquire new skills.
[The best agency account person] made suggestions. Not only would she have things to me when they were due and not only would she think to get things done that I didn't ask she'd also come up with suggestions. If I asked her to do something,
