For a minute I want you to imagine that you walked into a gym to take a class that you know that you’re going to love. You get there, it’s not the same person that you are use too. It’s a new instructor someone that you never met, you’re ready to get started with the class and find out that she very quiet, very timed and quite. You are not so sure if this going to be good so you think it time to do something else. Then she say something that catches your attention so you stay to find out it the best class you have taken in a long while. Now getting to know your instructor I little bit better. You find out that this something knew to her, that she hasn’t done before so she is nervous. So you want to do a little bit of back ground. You find out that Lorin was not interested in fitness and nutrition intel she got in high school. She was curious on how she could live a better, and healthier life. She was tired of the same old things that she was eating and started doing something about it. The way she did it was learning what she could do make things better for her but also for her family. Lorin graduated from high school and continued her education in becoming a nutritionist, but knew she couldn’t stop there so she learn more about fitness and learning every day. By doing so she has learned that this makes Lorin happy, and would like to pass that along. Going to an everyday life of nutritionist and a fitness instructor you would think it could pretty boring. I don’t think so with a one year running around and keeping you’re on your toes. That not it, think about all the clients that Lorin meets with on daily bases. Classes that have to be taught, also lesson plan hove to be fought out. What lesson plans? Yes, you want to make sure that you are using the correct muscles at the right time. What is it call? Prime movers is where you want to move first for example your chest. The second one is the assistant prime movers, after working your muscles in the chest then you would move to your triceps, the reason for this is so they don’t get tired out as quickly and helping build your body equally at the same time.
