The contributing factors for this problem would include lack of trained staff members, repetitive exercises, and lack of individualized exercise programs for each patient. It is essentials for the facility to have properly trained staff members to be able to instruct the clients through the exercises. The exercises that the facility provides are mundane, repetitive, and uninteresting. The exercises New Community offers include an exercise video they play a few times a week for a selected group of client. There is only a select group of clients because most clients who have the capacity to participate, refuse to. Many of the parent are not cognitively aware or physically able to participate in the exercise program they offer, it would be essential to design programs that would suit each client separately. Therefore, separate groups can be created based off of the cognitive awareness and physically capability for each

First, the program has not been implemented, tested, or created yet, so it is important to remember that the program structure, goals, and ideas are all tentative. In addition, it will be challenging to recruit five to eight retired or current athletes to be in the same place for eight straight weeks for multiple reasons (i.e., financial issues, family issues, and travel expenses and accommodations). Consequently, another issue could be attrition rates. Eight weeks is a substantial amount of time and it is unrealistic to assume that significant personal, family, and/or financial issues will not occur. Likewise, it will be challenging to ensure that athletes complete the follow-up measures at 6, 12, and 18 month increments. Another challenge will be finding an ideal space for the group to meet and eventually to train the trainers. Similarly, it will be challenging to recruit guest speakers, especially in the early stages of this

Civilian training plans are mainly for looking better, getting flat abs, or shedding some fat. For a soldier, this is hardly important. In combat, with bullets flying close by, and an enemy pressing in, you need to be able to count on your body to perform at all times. Looking good is just a nice side effect.
When it comes to fitness, clients believe they will see instant results. A certain percent of individuals are impatient and expect to see changes within a week of exercises. Whereas the other percent will understand it takes more than a few sets of sit ups and planks to achieve their ultimate goal. Over the course of the summer, I was able to see the different workout personalities at D1 Jackson’s “Boot Camp” sessions.
Exercise classes involving the HIIT approach can vary but usually you will spend about 20-45 seconds performing an exercise at 80-95% of your maximal heart rate. This is then followed by a recovery period of approx 10-45 seconds; this could be rest or performing another exercise at a much lower intensity. The workout continues alternating between the work and rest periods. Exercises could include the dreaded burpee, jump squats, high-knees, or press-ups.
