Dispatched to 209 N. Catherine St. for a disturbance. Caller Mark Sosna reported that he was just involved in a physical altercation with his step son Franklin Sterner and needs police to get him out. Officer's arrived on scene, Mark was on the porch upon our arrival, I observed Sterner on the back deck. Mark stated Sterner drank all his beer and wants him. Mark stated he just got done rolling around, fighting with Sterner. Mark stated Sterner is insisting that there was only three beer's, but there was 10 beer's. Mark stated he wants Sterner out of the house, he wants police to make Sterner leave now. Mark was advised that police cannot make Sterner leave is this is his living address. Mark stated, "This is my house, just because his address is 209 N. Catherine St. means you can't make him.". Sterner was advised police have legal issues to follow and cannot not kick someone out of their place of living. Mark stated, "Well why did I even call the police, I don't need you then." Sterner then walked back inside his residence. Contact was made with Sterner. Sterner stated Mark is drunk, his mother Annette Sosna and Mark were out drinking all night and just returned home. Annette stated Mark and she were out drinking fire house celebrating for her birthday. Annette stated there was not ten beer's in the fridge, there was nine. Annette stated Mark and she had taken six of those beer's with them when they left the house and there was three left in the fridge. Annette stated when they returned home the three beer's were gone in the fridge, then Mark began to yell at Sterner accusing him of drinking ten beers, but there was only three.
