Dispatched to 209 N. Catherine St. for a disturbance. Caller Mark Sosna reported that he was just involved in a physical altercation with his step son Franklin Sterner and needs police to get him out. Officer's arrived on scene, Mark was on the porch upon our arrival, I observed Sterner on the back deck. Mark stated Sterner drank all his beer and wants him. Mark stated he just got done rolling around, fighting with Sterner. Mark stated Sterner is insisting that there was only three beer's, but there was 10 beer's. Mark stated he wants Sterner out of the house, he wants police to make Sterner leave now. Mark was advised that police cannot make Sterner leave is this is his living address. Mark stated, "This is my house, just because his address is 209 N. Catherine St. means you can't make him.". Sterner was advised police have legal issues to follow and cannot not kick someone out of their place of living. Mark stated, "Well why did I even call the police, I don't need you then." On 07-14-2016 at approx. 2019 hrs a domestic disturbance call was dispatched. Dispatch was receiving information that the suspect was armed with a pistol and a rifle and had assaulted a victim at 518 N. K Street.
On Friday, August 12, 2016 at approximately 1000 hours, I assisted the patrol division in locating a burglary suspect that entered the residence of 1023 Barn Oak Court. The complainant/victim Nicole Smith stated to the Conyers Commutation that when she entered the front door of the residence, she heard an unidentified noise in the back bedroom. As she entered the rear bedroom the subject exited the residence through the rear window.

While enroute I learned Trooper Dingman was out a 30 Marie Ave investigating. I arrived and found Trooper Dingman speaking with a male & female inside of apt. #1. Trooper Dingman briefed me there was an altercation between Linda Showalter, Jessica Goose, Eli Raisch, & Valerie Hartmann. Trooper Dingman stated there was a call for service about 46 hrs. ago where Valerie reported a family member of Jessica’s was inside Valerie’s cleaning when she was accused of stealing pain medication. Valerie & Linda then confronted Jessica & Eli about it, and an argument ensured.

Lacey Blvd., Hanford, CA 93230 (559) 852-2345 who reported that on 12/21/16 at approximately 3PM while conducting a placement visit for youth Andrew Yanez DOB: 12/18/01 the youth and the social worker took a walk. During the walk Andrew disclosed that he and a staff member named Shawn Wilcox were involved in an altercation. On Thursday, August 31, 2017 at approximately 2232 hours, I was dispatched to a residence across the street from 2220 University St in reference of a suspicious person inside of a black truck. Upon arrival I spoke to the complainant Ms. Delisa Smothers. Ms. Smothers stated that at approximately 2230 hours, an unknown black male went inside her neighbor's truck located across the street at 2221 University street.
