It is a known fact that in order for companies to flourish, excellent leadership practices and employees go hand-in-hand. I currently work for a financial institution located in Wilmington, Delaware. This organization has being around since 1988 with a history of innovation, from a small bank division to now a fortune 500 company, I must say that I absolutely love; working for this company.
