Every Year millions of immigrants get deported back to their countries. They try to come to the US to have a better life and have a great job.We can't judge other people.
In Perspective Three I don't agree because people came in the US and cause many terrorists attacks and killing many people.Like that Boston Marathon event that it was an act of terrorists that killed over 200people and injured over 300 and the guys that did it they were from Afghanistan.Although their still many terrorists attacks and murders,on the other hand;there is drug trafficking.I don't agree with this perspective because mostly every immigrant comes and smuggles drugs and to take our jobs to.Immigrants can be allowed into our nation only if they do something productive

Another Idea was that letting immigrants come in their own risks and actually do something for our country.Like bringing new ideas how to make America better and not just to come and terrorise. For Example, Food Stamps is a reason to help out people who are in need for food.Even US Citizens are in need and the ones that are not in need of it they lie to the government just to get it.Therefore we should give immigrants that do cross give them food stamps and tell them to find a job too.
In Conclusion Immigration has some benefits and non-beneficials.Like letting immigrants and make a change in their life in America or or not just like others that come here just to smuggle
In the last decades, narco trafficking and organized crime had emerged as the main security threats in Latin America. Deviant globalization increase their power by establishing connections with similar organizations in other parts of the world, like cocaine distribution networks, for example. This perceived danger increases the pressure on the governments for effective solutions, and some of them consider that these problems had overwhelmed the capabilities of the local police. Consequently, the intervention of military forces would be necessary to secure the stability of the countries. However, the use of force as the only solution is the outcome of a misunderstanding of the root causes that generates them. This paper presents the research for a general pattern in the region that is helpful to understand how the civil society perceives the failures of governance and how the networks of illegal activities exploit this perception.
The United States has people coming in and out of the country every day. Most of these people are welcomed at airports and borders, and most do not intend to stay in the United States. Some of these immigrants are tourists, business visitors, students, and foreign workers. Other arrivals are refugees because they are escaping to better their future or from their countries violence and some are unauthorized or illegal foreigners. Several immigrants enter legally as tourists and then stay in the United States, but most enter the country unlawfully by eluding border patrol agents or using false documents to circumvent border inspectors. In the past, the United States was formed from many immigrants whom the Founding Fathers were descendants from and made a powerful country. Immigration is positive for the United States because there are political, economic, and multicultural benefits; therefore, immigration policy should be reformed to allow and encourage immigration.
The increasing fear of crime and terrorism in the world is persuading many Americans that the country should close its door. But what about the fact that this country itself was founded by the immigrants? American journey of success would have not been possible without the generations of immigrants who have come to its shores from every corner of the world. I believe immigrants are a positive influence on America because they strengthen the country’s economy, allow people of America to learn about different cultures, languages and ideas, and shapes how the world views America.
When you think of an illegal immigrant you may think of a criminal with no morals coming to this country with their only purpose to cause harm to the American people. If this were to be the perception of all immigrants to ever come to the United States we could not be the country we are today. America is a land of opportunity where people come to make a better life for themselves. Without immigrants the United States would not exist. Personally, I would not be here today if my mother did not work her way from Mexico as a young girl to build a better life for herself here in America. She came here with very little, found a job, built herself a life, earned multiple college degrees, got married, had children, and is now living the American Dream…. From illegal immigrant to assistant elementary school principal. It is definitely not fair to say that all immigrants are “bad hombres”, as the American president, Donald Trump once said. The negative connotations that go along with “illegal immigrant” are never anything but bad. The media shines the spotlights on the crimes and awful things some immigrants have done in the past, but never care to included amazing achievements immigrants have made. In fact, Donald Trump's grandfather, Frederick Trump, immigrated here at 16 with the same dream as these dreamers have today; prosper and live The American Dream, and build a better life for themselves and their families.
Approximately people believe that immigrants shouldn’t be allowed to the United States of America. Since immigrants take away places and jobs from them, nonetheless this is not entirely true. On another hand, it is not totally wrong to think that. An immigration does not mean taking jobs away from Americans. Whoever comes to the USA they have their own goals and ideas that they follow. America is a melting pot of different cultures and people. Many people who live here are immigrants.
This has been a ongoing problem in America for quite sometime now, It’s a problem that is being widely addressed by people like our very own president of the United States. It’s been an outrage to many people in our country. If you haven't guessed by now, the problem im referring to is illegal immigration and undocumented people coming into our country trying to become citizens. The reason that is a bad idea is because first off we don't know anything about these people sense they have no information about themself. Second because they can cause serious damage to our country. And lastly because they potentially ruin the us economy. I personally chose to argue with the side of not allowing undocumented people in our country because I personally
“Our attitude towards immigration reflects our faith in the American ideal. We have always believed it possible for men and women who start at the bottom to rise as far as the talent and energy allow. Neither race nor place of birth should affect their chances.” A former president said this quote, Robert F. Kennedy. There have obviously been changes in the way our country runs since he has been in the position. The changes for immigrants throughout the years have only become more difficult for anyone to enter the US. We have even decided to seal the border of the US and Mexico. Our country has different sides of the topic of immigrants. Immigrants should only be allowed into the US if done the correct way. Many organizations or people
In the United States immigration has almost always been a controversial topic to discuss. James Madison wrote that "Our kind reception of immigrants is very proper, but it is dictated more by benevolent [sic] than by interested consideration, though some of them seem to be very far from regarding the obligations as lying on their side"(Madison, James) When Madison wrote this he had no clue of the problems that immigration could cause in the modern day United States in the last five to six decades. To better the U.S 's immigration policy, reforms are a necessary practice in order to better the involvement in immigration to the U.S. for both the immigrants and for the country.
It all started in the Chicago School. Robert Park and Ernest Burgess came up with the idea of social ecology. In the in class text, Schmalleger (2009)
Immigration quickly began with the idea of achieving the American dream. It brought men, women, and families from all over the world to America, in search for life, liberty and happiness. Those early immigrants brought with them their own cultures, traditions and languages. Most of us currently living in the United States of America recognize our history derives from these early immigrants. This has made America a wonderfully diverse country. However, for years, illegal immigrants and legal immigrants has become a dominant issue. Mary Sanchez states her opinion in her article, “Immigration and U.S. Borders”, by saying “America needs to return to the country it once was and welcome with open arms all immigrants who come here with the purpose of having a better life.” I agree America should get back to fully accepting legal immigrants.
Chicago is the city which comes in the top notch cities in America but nowadays it is not a scenario behind the beautiful beaches of Chicago there is a lot of black water.
A common argument is that most Americans are being hypocritical because nearly all Americans are descendants of immigrants. Our ancestors came to America for a better life and our modern immigrants come to America for the same reason. Overall it seems that country founded on immigrants should except them not exclude them. Without immigration America wouldn’t be America.
In this research paper I will discuss one transnational crime, and compare the contrast of two nations for their definition of the crime rate, and tools used to measure the crime. I will give each country’s legal tradition and their major influences on crime definition, rate, and measurement. In this assignment I will analyze the extent to which crime statistics collected in different nations can adequately be compared.
What is the first thing that comes into your mind when you hear of the region Latin America? Poverty, violence, drugs? Latin America is a major region where drugs are generated, imported, and exported. The general stereotype with regards to Latin America is that the region is drug infested due to the history of use, the problems regarding drug trafficking, and the continued statistics proving the ongoing use of drugs. Despite the fact that not every country in Latin America fits in this mold, history and data supports this impression.
Thank you for spending your valuable time considering my opinion. There are over 12 million illegal individuals thriving off the benefits that this country and its people have been building up and dedicating everything to for centuries. This has been the controversy that have been giving people headaches with all the debates about this touchy subject: how can we limit the illegal immigration and still help them at the same time without depriving our own from benefits. I believe that we should enforce more security to decrease the amount of immigration. Many come for various reason but they greatest one is having a better life than their prior country. This is a very big conflict for the US because some aliens are illegally entering and going against many of our laws and only getting rewarded for these actions and taking away from people who are obeying the laws.
