The objective phase deals with different types of objectives: the overall program promotion and education outcome objectives, the overall program education objective, education target group objective, educational instructional learning objectives (Kline et al., 2015). The objectives are the road map to where the planner wants to go with the health promotion and how to get there. The outcome objective is the smart objective and it is what the planner is aiming to achieve in the long run. The overall promotion and education objective is gear toward achieving the long term outcome. The overall education objective is the skill and knowledge that the planner wants to convey to group. The education target objective deals with the group that has

Wisconsin Education Act 31 states the legislative requirement that all school districts teach the culture, tribal power and history of the twelve American Indian tribes and nations in the state (Why Act 31). Wisconsin Education Act 31 is important because it gives the students an understanding and appreciation for cultures and diverse value orders. Furthermore, it gives students an opportunity to support and accept human relatives in regards to American Indians (State Statutes for Wisconsin American Indian Studies). The classroom teacher needs to have post-secondary education training in the study of minority group relations, such as Wisconsin Indian history, tribal power and culture (Act 31 and Related Statutes). Also, as part as the social studies curriculum in elementary school and high school, the classroom teacher needs to teach the history, culture, and tribal power need to be included using the appropriate teaching material that display the cultural diversity and multicultural aspect of American society; e.g. texts and resources (State Statutes for Wisconsin American Indian Studies).
There are OBJECTIVES where we can identify what we want to be able to do or to do better.
According to Kizlik (2013), "objectives that are used in education, whether they are called learning objectives, behavioral objectives, instructional objectives, or performance objectives are terms that refer to descriptions of observable behavior or performance that are used to make judgments about learning." How do health providers design educational programs to clearly articulate
These objectives and measures that are provided to the providers and organizations are broken down into two major parts, “core” objectives and “menu” objectives. The “core” objectives are a list of fifteen items which all organizations/providers will have to attest on. Then the
As postmodern educators feel their way through an ever changing multicultural classroom environment, it is imperative that each hold firmly to their philosophical positions and do not let society influence them in a negative way. At the same time all teachers should be continually reflecting inwardly to make oneself accountable to their profession.
Document C is a speech made by a young African-American boy who is first in his class, during 1819, in New York City. He explains that even since he is genius he will have no future because of the color of his skin. According to Document C Note, it states, “ However, this was an improvement over the South where public schooling for white and free blacks was very limited, and where educating slaves was generally illegal.” Document C Note shows that black children in the North were given an opportunity at education allowing them to learn legally for the first time, while white boys in the South still could not go to school. Before the Civil War, many Northern schools for black children were segregated, but this was an improvement over the South
First, the author describes how Dee’s learning and approaches affected her relationship with her family. For example, Dee intimidated her mother and sister with her education “she used to read to us without pity; forcing words, lies, other folks’ habits, whole lives upon us two, sitting trapped and ignorant underneath her voice”, she did not help her family with her education but rather wanted to be in control (Walker,p.316). Here, one is able to see how Dee frightened her family with her schooling. Strong adjectives and verbs are used such as “forcing words, ignorant, and determined” to express Dee’s superiority over her family through her education.
According to Bastable and Doody (2007) an objective is a specific, single one-dimensional behavior. Objectives are used to form a map to provide directions on how to achieve a particular goal. In this lesson the students will have two goals. The first is for the student nurses to be able to identify all the supplies necessary to change a sterile dressing and to be able to correctly assess when a dressing needs changed or reinforced. The lesson plan will contain the following objectives:
To make these goals effective and efficient objectives are important. It gives an organization right direction to achieve its goal, that is why organizational objectives should be specific, measurable, achievable, realistic and time bound (SMART).
It gives legal ground visible to competitors and customers. For the third importance of objectives, coordination; Objectives aligns the efforts of participants in the company towards the same goals. Douglas McGregor, a psychologist who served a short term as president of Antioch College & professor at MIT viewed that "In selling effective goals managers help members at all levels of the organization to understand how they can best active their own goals by directing their behavior towards the goals of the organization". Objectives not only set standards (benchmarks for success), but they also serve as motivators. Setting objectives, whether they be long or short term, they provide a standard for the company. In lack of better phrase, objectives "set the bar" for companies. So naturally, you are motivated to "clear the bar." Hence, objectives are motivators too. "According to Latham and Yuki goal specificity enables the workers to determine how to translate effort into successful performance by choosing an appropriate action plans." Plans: strategic, tactical, operational and contingency are the general types of plans. Strategic planning establishes long-term objectives and overall strategy or course of action by which a firm fulfill its mission. Tactical plans are short
Program Objective: Everybody does not have the same understanding of the program abjective...client, us, and our callers. The client tells us, the managers, what they want accomplished. We translate it for the callers. Yes, everybody knows we are to 'get leads', but it gets confusing to the callers when the guided discussion (script), caller information and questions do not focus on the objective. A program can have several levels of objective, i.e., set appointment, send literature, have rep call, etc.
There are many different key ideas that we as a class have learned over the past 3 weeks. One key idea
