Introduction
The EggBot machine is a grand innovation that links the world of science with creation of artistic work. This machine is unique in its design and it adjusts in order to imprint any kind of art work design on surfaces that are presumably difficult to draw on. This state of the art machine allows the personalization of ornaments for special holidays and occasions such as Christmas or just gift items to which can be given to friends, family or even for corporates. Some of the items the machine can print on include eggs, mini pumpkins, wine glasses and even light bulbs. The EggBot is defined as an easy-to-use and compact robot machine that imprints open-source art drawings on egg-shaped or spherical objects (Evil Mad Scientist Laboratories

Chapter one will introduce the project proposal by giving a small description of the project, stating the project problems and identifying the solutions to the problem. Chapter two will identify the background behind the project problem by identifying the problem history, the relevance of the problem, the occurrence and reasons behind the particular problem, whether the problem has been solved and what has been achieved, whether the problems has solutions that solve it or similar systems that do not have the said problem and finally, the possible improvements that can be done to solve the problem. Chapter three will summarize what the intended project proposal achievement. Chapter four will look at the elements and scope of the project by breaking it down into the procedure required to actualize the project and the required tools of engagement. This chapter will also discuss the challenges and issues to be faced during implementation of the project such as the type of skills and equipment needed. The deliverables will also be discussed such as the project report, prototype, program and model describing the products of the project in detail. This chapter will emphasize the intended contributions of the project, timeline and budget. Finally, the last chapter that is chapter five will discuss the conclusion summary of the entire project
After the solution has been agreed and funding allocated, a project is formed. The Terms of Reference defines the vision, charter, scope and deliverables for the project. It also provides the plan tree diagram, which is a summarized plan of the activities, resources and funding required to undertake the project. Finally, any risks, issues, planning assumptions and constraints are listed.
The egg drop project is designed to use what we have learned in science and apply it to a more hands on project. The goal is to keep a raw egg from cracking or breaking after a 3 meter drop. There are quite a few constraints that go along with this project such as materials, time management, and deadlines. The only materials allowed to be used on this project are; 10 straws, 2 sheets of paper, 30 cm of tape, 5 Kleenexes, 1 sandwich sized plastic bag, 25 cotton balls, and 50 cm of string. The plastic bag must be used to contain the egg in case of breakage and the final product must fit into a 15 cm cube. All of the building work must be done in class.
In this work related project analysis various information will be for gathering information. Some of the areas that will be covered are; methods of searching, interviewing techniques to gather the information, agreement for articulating requirements, and strategies to gather information for computerization. Requirements must
The purpose behind the egg drop project is for students to understand the concept of momentum, collision, impulse and force. To do this, they will create a protective carrier that will surround the egg. The egg will then be dropped from a certain height. The device that is created should weigh enough to increase the time of impact, therefore decreasing the force of impact on the egg so it doesn’t crack.
PROJECT PURPOSE (Describe the project, identify major issues, clarify the vision, and describe the strategies used to create the desired outcome.)
The project requirements need to be documented in detailed using SMART approach with proper use case scenarios. The revised
A group of three people will including me will make a project brief first, secondly one of us will make project plan which will show background of project, aims and objectives of project and also will show resources, evaluation of project and approvals.
We had to do an egg drop so when it is dropped from 20 ft it wouldn’t crack.. But I really didn’t have any background knowledge on egg drops because I never did one. But I did know that by putting a plate on the bottom it would make it float down and not fall. So when it was dropped from 20ft it wouldn’t crack.
This assignment consists of two (2) sections: a project introduction and a project plan. You must submit both sections as separate files for the completion of this assignment. Label each file name according to the section of the assignment it is written for. Additionally, you may create and / or assume all necessary assumptions needed for the completion of this assignment.
It must be noted, that the implementation stage of this project is where all the information
The egg drop designing project was a lot of fun. It was a challenge to create something that would hold an egg and be dropped and the egg not break. Our design consisted of styrofoam, sponges, skewers, and cotton. This design worked well. Although it is a simple design, it took a lot of hard work, effort, and creativity.
The nature and scope of a project is determined at the initiation stage. This involves analyzing the business needs, developing goals, budgets, tasks, deliverables, and the stakeholder analysis. The project planning stage determines the planning team, develops the scope, and identifies work breakdown structure and activities that will be needed to complete deliverables. The planning stage also estimates time and cost activities, develop schedule and risk plan, and gain formal approval for work to begin. The executing stage involves all processes used to meet the project requirement and involves managing people and resources. The process that entails the identification of potential problems and
Brief summary description of the project proposal: Describe problem addressed, proposed solution, expected results, intended beneficiaries and reason(s) why assistance is requested from the Voluntary Fund.
This report will consist of the recommended sections a project plan should possess. These sections include a framework, necessary
Project Requirement: As per project requirement as a team we need to select a project based on different criteria like timing of project, complexity, probability of success and enjoyment of team. We need to execute the project as per the project management methodology and prepare different documents during life cycle of the project starting from initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and control and closure. One of the team member has to take leadership role of project manager and guide the team during project execution. At the end of semester we need to submit a project notebook with detailed summary of project and different documents generated during project.
