Pros and Cons Carbonated beverages and Energy drinks are very popular amongst teens and adults but what is hidden inside of the tasteful drinks will surprise you. An immense amount of those drinks can cause a lot of damage to the human body, but nobody can see what is happening. There are many pros and cons to carbonated beverages, energy drinks, and water. All of those products that were listed can have a huge impact on the body, not everyone sees what is in those drinks and how it is treating your body. Have you ever wonder why carbonated beverages, and energy drinks are bad for you? Energy drinks and carbonated beverages contain a wide variety of ingredients and a great amount of those ingredients can cause some serious health issues.
