With this data we can see that there is is range of different ethnicities and not one fully overrides other. This is a diverse community with some great cultures throughout. With this comes crime. With a total of about 30 assaults in the past year, there needs to be a sense of community rather than a sense of territory. Within this sections it will review the cost of living, the employment rates, the school’s, and the community organization. These are all important when looking at a specific crime and how to improve it within the community.

Successful teamwork and collaboration directly affects the efficacy of interdisciplinary communication. When effective communication is achieved within the healthcare team, this increases the amount of positive patient outcomes. Nurses and physicians must cooperate in order to attain a synergetic relationship. Their roles are integral to creating a safe environment for their patients. When all of these elements combine, the quality of care improves and collegial relationships are strengthened.

The two words most often used, ”cooperative and collaboration,” can easily be both applicable to the United States of America and other countries today, and are still often used to describe contract negotiations for the United States of America as well as other countries. The people in places like Baltimore have invented their own economy, one that relies on illegal trade, in order to stay afloat. The people have learned to live with their poverty and crime is generally their easiest solution. Rules must always be adapted so that a society can reasonably follow them, and a government must be seen as there to protect rather than to display its power. The government needs to be aware of a city’s condition and react with haste when it is in trouble; areas like the streets of Baltimore have been in turmoil for far too long, and their problems are slowly coming to a head. Programs such as those listed in the back of The Other Wes Moore are a great start to improve the conditions in Baltimore and other suffering cities, and the government’s focus should be on creating a better future for places like Baltimore rather than simply sustaining the current abhorrent conditions that have been present for far too long.

For this I will describe an award given to me as part of a team while working in a nurse led minor injury unit (MIU). By comparing the differences I shall highlight what makes a team effective rather than a collection of people.

This paper will cover two policing styles known as the “broken windows” theory and community policing. The paper will end with a small analysis of which style would be more practical long-term. This paper will start with an explanation as to what the “broken windows” theory is. Furthermore, this paper will cover some of advantages and disadvantages of that theory when put into practical application. Additionally, this essay will explain what “community policing” as defined by the U.S. Department of Justice Office of Community Oriented Policing Services (COPS). This is followed by a brief discussion some advantages and challenges that are unique to that approach. Lastly, this paper covers which one would be more viable policing in the long-term.

The city Richmond, located in Virginia, is a huge city with small areas with high crime rates. Above all, Richmond is a beautiful city and not labeled as broken. Richmond offers a large amount of diversity, variety of foods, high amounts of education, many opportunities and more. Once able to operate from a group to the high performing team is a great step into preparation into the big business world. Leaders and members must also realize not only how to accomplish this but that some problems will and can arise from different demographic characteristics and cultural diversity. That is if one is in such a group, which the probability would be quite high.

This about how to work with groups and other team members, most of the time it is hard to do but with our jobs nowadays we have to do what we have to do. I like working with others for the most part, especially when they are motivated in getting the job done in a timely manner. Then we have some that just don’t want to help but want everybody else to do their work for them.
