Introduction
This paper has the purpose to examine issues related to ethics and diversity in education, including the case study analysis, resolutions and personal bias. My case study is about students that we have in the school with many doubts and concerns because do not understand the language. In some cases the teachers do not want to work with these students because is difficult, and at the same time the student feels discriminated against. According to Rayner (2009), educational diversity is a group of individual differences, to include a set of social and personal factors, which form a key aspect in any and each educational setting.
Each student should have equal access to a quality education adapted to meet their needs. The goals of education must be addressed to the progress of each student’s personality and full potential, preparing students to take part in society and to do work that is good, reasonably and to continue learning along life. The students have the right to education and shall be free and should be addressed to the complete advancement of the human personality and to the reinforcement of respect for human rights are essential. It must also promote comprehension, patience and friendship among the nations, racial or religious groups and should further the activities (United Nation Humans rights, 2016).

When contemplating the subject of diversity in relation to ethics, several questions may arise for the first-year counseling student. These inquiries may be broad or rather specific. Primarily, one may wonder if the topic of diversity itself is such a significant subject that it is outlined in a code of ethics. Secondarily, if diversity is addressed, is it treated as a singular subject or broadly covered under an umbrella of principles? Psychologists are expected to perform their duties ethically to culturally diverse clients. It is essential to remain culturally sensitive and at times psychologists have been questioned regarding how culturally sensitive they are. This is also mandated by ethics codes like the American Psychological Association. Using the APA Ethical Principles for Psychologists and Code of Conduct, I will review what I believe is culturally biased and culturally encapsulated. Organisations have sought out to have a more diverse workforce, as it is claimed to increase organisational effectiveness. A team with individuals from different social group, personalities, values and beliefs, and etcetera, when managed well, can be an asset to the organisation. More often than not, there will be some sort of discrimination in the workplace, especially with a very diverse workforce. Therefore, with proper training and benefits to ensure the development of these employees, and legislation and policy to ensure equality and reduce discrimination within the workforce, it can drive competitive advantage and organisational profit. Education is considered as the critical software for development as it shapes the destiny for every society. Currently the initiative is driven by the Millennium Development Goals and the goals of Education for All. Freedom of education is the right given to human beings to have access to the education of their preference without any constrictions.
