The Remuneration & Planning department; remuneration and planning team ensure that the Group has practices that will enables the company attract and retain a high caliber workforce, across all locations. Therefore they focus on developing compensation, benefits and people policies for Emirates, and its associated companies, both in Dubai and the outstations, through detailed research and critical analysis. The main focus is to ensure Emirates remains competitive within the specific local market it operates in order to attract and retain the right talent. The team also keeps up-to-date with applicable legislative requirements, as well as industry wide standards, best practices and the changing needs of the business. 3. The Employee Services department; this section is made up of HR Administration, Visa Services, Recruitment Administration and HR Systems. All front-end services are delivered through the Employee Service Centre. The Recruitment Administration unit handles the entire joining formalities of the selected candidate and is linked to the recruitment department. 4. The Business Support department; the Human Resource Business Support teams ensure effective employee relations through professional compliance with policies and procedures, while the HR unit provides pro-active support to business units on a range of strategic and tactical HR matters.
