In this paragraph I will talk about how the personality in sharing knowledge and less of knowledge sharing are relating to hospitality industry. Personality can be influenced to their leadership style; motivation is related to leadership style as well. These three points are relating to each other’s. Therefore, personality is the major part to affect the other parts in a bad or good way. In hospitality industry, there have many leaders with different personalities and leading their colleagues with different styles. It is not only affecting employees and customers’ satisfaction; it is also affecting the company’s reputation. Personalities would like to share knowledge such as, agreeableness and conscientiousness people. These types of people will provide a better atmosphere in the organization, because they will give others extra knowledge from their experiences and teach others while they do some mistakes.
