This is done by instilling a commitment to grow and developing a business with express goal of making a meaningful, positive impact on the lives of our customers, employees, business associates and community. (Crisafulli, 2009) We invest in our employees by offering extra training, tuition reimbursement and profit-sharing in the retirement.
Feel Good Healthcare we provider competitive benefit packages to attract new employees, increase employee motivation and morale and retain workers. Benefit packages that are hard to understand, they will fail to attract new employees, fail to motivate and retain current employees. (Haar & Kossack, 1990)
