Silent killer food is recognized that food isn’t healthy or nutritious at all and as a matter or fact, it’s completely to us. Everybody needs food to survive however there is food that is dangerous for health and act as a silent killer such as fattening food, food additives and junk food. Most of the food that we consume everyday contains a lot of fat which is actually become a silent killer to us. As we know, Malaysians like to tasting food that are actually some of the worst in terms of fat and calories but it can be hard to avoid them especially in places like malls, where nutrition information usually isn’t available such as fried chicken, sausage, chicken nugget and so on that is high in calories. Fast food will make an individual fat which can cause to obesity. Obesity is the biggest common condition related to heart disease. Many foods that aren’t fattening become that way by we prepare the food. Vegetable are commonly knowledge as a healthy food to people. However, some vegetables aren’t always the healthiest choice if they are prepared in unhealthy way such as vegetables that prepare in butter, deep fried vegetables or vegetables prepared with unhealthy ingredients that contain high calories and fat. For instance, Boston market’s steamed broccoli with hollandaise sauce contains 90 calories and 6 grams of fat.
