The next Bayani Brew drink may yet be another native, healthy, and surely yummy concoction of the nanays we fondly call our Titas. There is just so much natural goodness of our people and our land left untapped!
Hence, the name Bayani Brew does not just stand for our love of country or “bayan,” but also for honouring these unsung heroines (our personal “bayanis” who not just concocted these delightful drinks); and more sentimentally, for the “bayanihan” effort of local talent, farmers, and social entrepreneurs to bring this once crazy idea to the market. Bayani Brew wants to be remembered not only for its refreshing beverages, but as part of brewing a social innovation movement comprising a new breed of Pinoys who are not just learning to love living a healthy and natural lifestyle, but more importantly, who are bat-sh*t crazy in love with our country.
II. Situational Analysis
Major environmental issues in Australia include whaling, logging of old growth forest, irrigation and its impact on the Murray River, Darling River and Macquarie Marshes, acid sulfate soils, soil salinity, land clearing, soil erosion, uranium mining and nuclear waste, creation of marine reserves, air quality in major cities and around polluting industries and infrastructure,
Strives to be the leader in micro brewing while maintaining the core values it started with and had employee buy in even before it went” 100 % employee owned in2013” (Gorski, 2013).
Although the new developments are good for the city, they will pollute the Swan River. Toxic materials like contaminated soil, sand and dirt that come from the construction process will always leak into this body of water. Even though different preventive measures are being put up, this is still a problem for this important landmark, as these materials can still affect it badly. The pollution has the potential to very negatively affect Perth as a whole. The pollution can destroy habitats and marine life by creating turbidity, which in turn causes the temperature of the water to increase. Certain marine life can only live in certain conditions, causing them to die.
As a company that gets extremely achievements, there has to be some own strengths can lead this company to be a successful business. In the introduction of this case, Strom, Gibson, & Bourassa shown that the Great Western brew company planned a new strategy, which it emphasized its production line are totally made by the Saskachewan barley (p1). All beers in this company is characteristic craft which has different taste, special production method and more advantages with other competitors who created their products on mainstream, so it can
Water use has been destroying water habitats all over Australia. Plants and animals are currently under harm because of this issue as they are losing there homes. This will have a major impact on the plants and animals in the future as some will slowly die out and end up extinct. Habitat destruction isn't just effecting plants and animals, destroying these aquatic habitats may cause major droughts which affects humans.
As most would know, water an essential substance on earth for our survival. We need clean water each day to function properly whether it’s for drinking, bathing, watering, swimming or washing, as well as for our waters to be safe for our environment and marine life. So what would happen if our waters were to be unusable or untouchable for our ecosystem, and for us humans, to be so contaminated with waste that it may be impossible to fix? With this fact in mind, there is still hundreds, if not thousands of waterways, around Australia that are still contaminated and infested with waste. One local area that is known for rubbish pollution that leads to their waters is Brighton Le Sands. They are known for a large ethnic population who have huge gatherings and picnics around the beaches. In comparison, another local area is
Water pollution is a major problem in our society and it also affects Australia. Water pollution is a term defined as contamination to water which is very harmful to the water in coastal areas. Water pollution has many causes both man-made and natural. The causes also have many affects for example oil spills affect the coastal marine animals because of the poison from the oil itself. Australia coast areas have a lot of issues relating to pollution and it’s affecting it very badly. Others causes are rubbish in the water and toxic waste. Pollution is caused by little things but it can have a major effect on the coastal areas and the surroundings around it.
Global warming is having an adverse effect on Australia’s environment. The phenomenon of anthropogenic climate change refers to the increased admission of greenhouse gases as a direct result of human expansion and activity. According to the Australian bureau of Statistics, Australia’s coastlines are 10 percent damaged.
Climate change creates significant impacts in the Australian context, and coastal communities are severely vulnerable to the impacts. This is mainly due to sea level rising; according to the IPCC report in 2100 it will increase by 79 centimeters (Department of climate change, 2009). More frequent and severe natural hazards like flood, inundation, erosion, and storm surges will be a significant threat to the coastal community (Button et al.2013). Further, sea level rise causes significant changes to beaches, coral reefs, estuaries, wetlands and
The findings and information I give through-out my Inquiry assessment will be validated by reliable Academic resources. The issue of sustaining the Great Barrier Reef is of upmost importance to the Australian government as well as international and national organisations. Majority of my resources will be internet sources, such as Government legislations and documents. Case studies involving multiple organisations such as Project Catalyst will be useful material for statistics and comparing the damage to the reef caused by farming and agriculture. In addition to these main resources I will also use; journal articles, books, Documentaries/ Interviews and various search engines such as Google Scholar and Curtin University technology Library.
Scuba divers can damage reefs, uncontrolled fishing can cause a rapid decline in fish populations. clearing forests will reduce living space and increase competition between species, damming rivers can disrupt normal patterns and deprive species of water or a place to live, trash and pollution can put harmful chemicals into the environment. These chemicals can cause problems with reproduction or even kill species.
While the “smallest of the world’s continents,” Australia is a vast country, the sixth largest in the world, covering over 7.5 million square kilometers. While generally one of the flattest and driest regions, despite being surrounded
Environmental Considerations: The success or failure of clean energy for Australia is wholly dependent on the public’s consideration of environmental damage. There has been no shortage of debate from proponents of Environmental concerns and others who do not believe there is any problems or concerns facing our environmental future. Furthermore the environmental consideration of the public often dictates the policy direction and level of government support allocated to the proposition of clean energy.
natural resources. When it comes to natural resources the depletion of fossil fuels and deforestation are destroying the planet. Deforestation is the removal of trees in a wide area to the point of where it's almost not a forest anymore. On the other hand the depletion of fossil fuels is scary because fossil fuels are a nonrenewable resource. They are nonrenewable because they are being used up faster than they are being created. And it can take up to millions of years for more fossil fuels to be created. And finally for my third pick of the biggest environmental problems facing the Earth is the depletion of its Ozone layer. Some chemicals named Chlorine and bromine are in the atmosphere and are deteriorating the Ozone layer which consists of three hydrogen atoms.
In conclusion, Diageo had successfully adapted to African buyer behavior, but at the other hand they aggressive approach has eminent risk cannibalize their Guinness (beer) products. Although Diageo, Pernod Ricard and other international spirits companies operating in Africa all run responsible-drinking programs and say their products should be consumed in moderation. We all know the risks are high in Alcohol abuse and its negative
