I would like to contribute to this challenging environment after completing the necessary education. My intention is to supply well-rounded ideas which would possibly contribute to public administration in my home country. Structuring on the best of existing state standards, the Common Core State Standards provide a clear and reliable learning goal to help prepare students for college, career, and life. The standards clearly demonstrate what students are expected to learn at each grade level, so that every parent and teacher can understand and support their learning. From Kindergarten through 8th grade, grade-by-grade standards exist in English language arts/literacy and mathematics. From 9th through 12th grade, the standards are grouped into grade sets of 9th through 10th grade standards and 11th through 12th grade standards. Moreover, the CCSS stress the importance of using primary texts in the classroom to build literacy, along with many other things. While the standards set grade-specific goals, they do not define how the standards should be taught or which materials should be used to support students. States and districts know that there will need to be a range of supports in place to guarantee that all students, including those with special needs and English language learners, can master the standards. It is up to the states to outline the full range of supports appropriate for these students.
Goodsell’s book “The Case for Bureaucracy: A Public Administration Polemic” is composed on the contrary. Goodsell makes several arguments in favor of the fundamental soundness of American bureaucracy. His thoughts are derived from a core belief: the quality of public service in the United States is vastly underrated (p. xi). His polemic is such that the flaws and the faults of bureaucracy in America are far fewer on a proportionate basis than is generally thought. The argument of this book is that a wide gap exists between bureaucracy’s repopulation and its record. Despite endless ranting to the contrary, American bureaucracy does work – in fact, quite well (p. 4). According to Goodsell criticisms of government bureaucracy are based more on myth than reality. Goodsell argues that government agencies actually play a valuable and indispensable role in making our society a better place to live. For instance Goodsell examines studies that show what he argues is evidence of public satisfaction with bureaucracy. His arguments are based on such statistics as “most” citizens believing that police do not accept bribes (p. 27) or that “only” a quarter of welfare recipients waited a half hour or more for service (p. 35). In addressing direct performance evaluation, Goodsell shows that public bureaucracy has witnessed overall growth in productivity from 1967 through 1990. The Bond between Federal government and states is very obscure. In fact, the constitution, and federal papers is constructed around state and federal government. In federalist paper NO.51, founder James Madison explains how he wants a balance between government and personal liberty also how the structure should be.The topic of this entire federal paper is government overall. He believes each branch should be independent, in efforts, no branch should alone, have too much power and become powerful. “If men were angels, no government would be needed” Madison writes, meaning not selfish and/or cared just as much as they did for themselves. There are many different similarities and differences between the four levels of law enforcement. The four different levels are Federal, State, County, and Municipal/City. I will be talking about the level of Federal and Municipal/City. A federal law enforcement agency is an organizational unit, or subunit, of the federal government with the principle functions of prevention, detection, and investigation of crime and the apprehension of alleged offenders (www.bjs.gov).
Other programs include childcare services, transportation services, job training and employment services, counseling services, and much more (Bush, George. W.). President Bush feels that the Faith based programs, those that are already having success in helping those in need individuals, will be able to do even more if given aid by the federal government. These organizations are also thought to have much more of a personal, local type of therapy that people will want to attend to get help. In a quote by President Bush, he explains his goals for the faith based initiative: “The indispensable and transforming work of faith-based and other charitable service groups must be encouraged. Government cannot be replaced by charities, but it can and should welcome them as partners. We must heed the growing consensus across America that successful government social programs work in fruitful partnership with community-serving and faith-based organizations.” President George W. Bush (White House Community and Faith Based Initiative).
From the states, I read their laws and at the federal level, I believe they must have the power go back to the state. In the case of Texas even if there are guilty there a federal law that they need to respond. The cases must have a difference from state to federal because some states their values, and people are different from each state.

The effect of the performance depends upon the usages of the management. The performance measures have meaning when they are compared. The comparison may help in achieving goals or assess trends overtime or weighting performances of one organization to another (National Research Council, 2005).
