I am writing this cover letter to you in regards to the Civil Engineering Intern position at Stantec’s Markham office. I am interested in this position because ever since being exposed to societies’ environmental issues and Jane Jacob’s principles of urban planning, I developed an interest in environmental engineering, sustainable development and effective urban planning. Within my upcoming future, I plan to start a Limited Liability Corporation (LLC) with my brother-in-law, that is an outdoor shooting range called the Top Shots Gun Range. The company will have a small retail shop as you enter the building. This will allow you to buy the products you need before entering the shooting range. The store would sell the basic needs from targets, ammo, and hearing protection. We also will be selling shirts and hats with the ranges logo on it. The shooting range is setup outside behind the shop. The range will be setup with handgun lanes, and longer ranges for rifles, shotguns, etc. Our goal is to provide the best customer service as possible and to make sure everyone has a fun time. We will accomplish this goal

Throughout this project I learned how to properly write a resume, cover letter, and job application. I learned key interviewing skills by observing my classmates perform good and bad interviews. Mr. Edwards enforced the proper dress code by making students conduct interviews in formal attire. Ultimately, the skills that I have gained during this assignment will assist me to earn a high paying job in the future.

Dear Mayor, one way to benefit our community would be to open more restaurants. I think that we should open more restaurants because, if opening more restaurants it would benefit by reducing the lines at restaurants, bring in a lot more money to increase business, people could benefit by getting more jobs.

Document 1 tells the story of Cooper, an employee at a mill who is speaking out against the owner of the mill. In the document, it’s revealed that Cooper would work sixteen hours everyday with only fouty minutes to rest. If an employee could not stay awake they would be frequenty strapped. Most workers did not know how to write, since they had no time to go to school. In Document 2, another worker, named Hebergam, informs the court how he was treated at the mill. Hebergam confesses various people have died or been announced with illneses due to an insufficient diet, exhasting and filth. In both of these documents, the authors are trying to spread awareness to how unstable and dangerous factories are. Document 5 contradicts these accusations by announcing how another mill actually enforces safety laws, feds, educates and clothes the children who work

I am very frustrated, sad and angry with the latest mass shooting. So I am writing you this letter that is really meant for all gun owners. Please do not take it personally or feel the need that you must respond for gun owners. I am just venting.
