We are down to the wire as far as Republican, Donald Trump, and Democrat, Hillary Clinton, running for the Presidency of the United States. I will vote for Hillary Clinton, not only because she is the Democrat nominee but she has been in the political arena for years, she is a veteran on foreign policies, she know what the position for the US President entails. Hillary Clinton will also be making history as the first woman President of the United States of America. Ms. Clinton has gotten a lot of bad media exposure and Mr. Trump has gotten even more. Mr. Trump is known for “sticking his foot in his mouth” by saying things without thinking. He seem to have no regard for other religion, race, or people that don’t agree with him on an issue. I
On November 8th, 2016, the United States will finally have its presidential election for the 45th President of the United States of America. This election will be a grating race between a number of political parties and their respective nominees. Two parties are more notable than the others, the Democratic Party and the Republican Party. The Democratic Party has a well-known nominee; Hillary Clinton, who has served as secretary of state, and has been the senator of New York, she has also been the first lady of the U.S while her husband, former president Bill Clinton was in office (Hillary For America). Mrs. Hillary Clinton is mainly a candidate for president because of her experience and great attributes. Alongside Clinton is Mr. Donald J. Trump, who is the respective presidential nominee for the Republican Party. Donald Trump is a well-known billionaire real estate personnel, who rose up to his status due to his great business intellect (Donald Trump Biography). In like matter, there are other nominees for president; however, Trump and Clinton are the two that are most significant and one if not the other will eventually overtake the position as President of the United States. Both Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump are formidable
Condoleezza Rice was born in Birmingham, Alabama in 1954 and was the child of a teacher and Presbyterian minister. Most of Rice’s younger years were spent enclosed around racism. She graduated from the University of Denver and Notre Dame. Rice then became a professor of political science. At Stanford, Rice became the first African-American and first woman to serve as provost of the university.
Should the President of the United States have to be born on United States soil?
John Ellis Bush known as JEB was born February 11, 1953 in Texas. He served as governor in Florida from 1999 to 2007. Bush is known for his moderate stance on immigration and common core. JEB is the son of former Preseident George H.W Bush. JEB also has 3 kids named George Bush, Noelle and John Jr. JEb worked as a volunteer on his dad campaign in 1980 saying that " My dad is the greatest man i have ever met or will meet." JEB is fluent in Spanish and graduated from the University of Texas. JEb has a degree in Latin America affairs which is very impressive. JEB is also the only Republican to serve two-four year terms as a governor of Florida.
Would you believe me if I told you that the person who is in charge of all the schools in the country isn't even qualified to be a superintendent, principal, or even a teacher? Well, it’s true. The presidential nominee and now approved Secretary of Education, Betsy DeVos, is not fit for this position. Although the DeVos family has provided many jobs for Michigan families with their businesses, this job should have been given to someone who has experience in the education field.
Although Donald Trump does have valid points to the issues at hand, he is missing one thing, and that is humility. Without humility how do you expect people to relate to you. During certain times it is good to set things straight and stern, but you need to be able to be a little vulnerable towards the people to show them you can be trusted. Clinton on the other hand shows both good tactics and systems for topics that are necessary to discuss. Beside being organized she has shown me that she has humility and is not afraid to be a little vulnerable in front of the media or the people. This is something I find very important because it makes it easier for people to relate to. The one factor that makes me uncertain of Hillary Clinton, is her lack of explanations as to how she would fix the issues mentioned. Overall I would have to say that neither candidate has truly proven to be better than the other. However I chose Trump and Clinton for one specific reason, and that was to do an experiment on both to see what kind of candidate they were, and what their methods
Donald Trump announced on November 23, 2016, that he would appoint Betsy DeVos to be his pick to be the United States Secretary of Education, head of the Department of Education. Donald Trump promised his supporters that he would “drain the swamp”, but many argue that yet another cabinet choice, Betsy DeVos, contradicts this. While some might stipulate that Mrs. DeVos is not nearly as controversial as a Rex Tillerson, Jeff Sessions or Steve Mnuchin, opponents to DeVos state that she is easily as dangerous for the future of the nation, putting the next generation of young people at stake. Based on her performance in the recent Senate hearings and prior record, it is evident that Betsy DeVos is a controversial pick between Democrats and Republicans
This year the presidential elections will take place at the beginning of November, and there are lots of people wondering how this is going to end. Some candidates for these presidential elections may not have been the best choice for their respective parties, but the one that really shouts, “I should not be here” is Mr. Donald Trump. His personality and actions are not the correct ones for a president because of his temper and comments against other cultures. On the other hand, we have Mrs. Clinton who is a more competent candidate; she has more experience on the field of politics than Mr. Trump who has none at all, which are the reasons why she is a better choice as a candidate and as president of the U.S.
America will elect the 45th President of the United States on November 8, 2016. The winner will be sworn into office on January 20, 2017. The candidates have been nominated by their party for the presidency. Businessman Donald Trump became the Republican Party’s nominee while former Secretary of State, United States Senator from New York and first lady, Hillary Clinton, became the Democratic Party’s presidential nominee. Both of the candidates have advantages and disadvantages. I support Trump for President specifically for his policies on gun control, foreign policy, and his ideas on reforming health care. I believe Trump’s policies are generally better than Clinton’s.
As stated above both Hilary Clinton and Donald Trump think they are the best candidate for the presidency. They both have very different views on taxes, immigration and abortion. The views they have and decisions they make will affect this country, whether it is good or bad depends on your position. In the end the voters will determine who is the best candidate and the right choice for this
And being a criminal shouldn’t? I think Crooked Hillary has more than enough reasons that are far more damaging to prevent her from even running for president. Call trump all the names you want Hillary Clinton is a liberal war hawk that has lied and broken the law far too many timesAnd being a criminal shouldn’t? The president elections are a time where many Americans vote for their favorite candidate, however the upcoming 2016 presidential nomination has gotten controversial. Presidents have been nominated due to their views on policies such as Abraham Lincoln on slavery. However, a lot has been discussed about who’s going to be the elected president this following November, will it be Donald Trump or Hilary Clinton. Hilary Clinton, former secretary of state, has shown persistence since 2008 election, decided to run for office, by hopefully, being the first women president. Donald Trump is a wealthy business man, the C.E.O of the Trump Corporations, has made several controversial statements, such as building the wall between Mexico and the United States and exporting all Muslims out of America. Both have been criticized for their views on what they would do as president. Donald Trump has been targeted as being chauvinist for making racial slurs towards minorities, and Hilary Clinton had a recent scandal in using a private server for communication rather than the official government email provided. However, despite the accusations of Clinton, it may seem she will be the only one fit for the job, since having prior government experience will help her in important. Not only is Clinton the best qualified choice in the 2016 election, but she will also provide the United States with respect and dignity that citizens deserve.
There is a nice variety of individuals running for President. You have Hilary Clinton and Bernie Sanders who are the only two democratic candidates running, you also have Donald Trump, Ted Cruz, Marco Rubio, Ben Carson, and John Kasich who are the only five major republican candidates. Out of all these individuals running the one I feel that is respond to current political issue is, Hilary Clinton.
2256492 The Donald vs Clinton The next presidential election is coming up and the two front runners for each party which currently are Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton I personally wouldn’t vote for any of them, but for the sake to make our country great again it would take someone with much more experience. Many people want to vote for these people for the wrong reasons. Both of them are very different which is obvious because we have a bipartisan of democratic and republican. Both of them have good ideas and policies, but it all depends on what you agree with.
Unless you have been living under a rock for the past two years, the United States of America has an election coming up on the eighth of November. This campaign has gotten ugly. There has been fighting, rioting, accusations of improper conduct, and a whole heap of other things between the two political parties. Some people would argue that our country is divided more now than ever in history. On the Democratic side, you have Senator Hillary Clinton. She has the motivation of becoming America’s first female president. Over on the Republican side, you have Donald Trump, a billionaire, real-estate mogul, businessman. These two candidates have two very different backgrounds. Hillary Clinton has been in the political arena since 1976. She was elected to the U.S. Senate in 2001 and was appointed as the U.S. Secretary of State in 2009. Donald Trump, on the other hand, has never held any kind of political office. He got into real-estate in 1971 and has since then made the Trump name synonymous with real-estate development. With their backgrounds being as different as they are, their personalities are just as different.
