Margaret Hild Roberts which also, called “The Iron lady” was the greater and effective leader in British politics. She was born on October 13, 1925 at Grantham in the United Kingdom’s. She lived in a simple family and her father was working in simple local shop. She was educated at local schools. Thatcher was an excellent student during her study of chemistry at Oxford University in 1947. Her father was a member of the town’s council so he helped her to register for conservative political, this was the first attempt to enter the political world. She started to study law in 1952 and in 1953, she qualified as a barrister and during this period she put politics aside. Autocratic Leadership
The leader who can expect to make all the right decisions and makes all the decisions for a group with little or no input from others. This is the best style for a situation that needs quick and effective decision when you under pressure. Margaret Thatcher is an Autocratic Leader because she can dominate in nature of authority and power and she makes decision with little or no input from others.

Margaret Thatcher was ethical persons, moral, aggressiveness self-confidence, dominance pragmatism ambition and integrity. Traits theory model that fit with Thatcher’s personality which include self-confidence, intelligence, determination, sociability, the circumstances and times that Margaret make herself to be a leader.
In addition, Thatcher’s personality fit with behavioral theory because she can give the quick and effective decision when she under pressure and she was strong and behave for any situation she faced during her life.
