Introduction In this assignment, I am going to do a self-reflection report regarding on how the group members co-operate between one another during the discussions and preparation of the presentation. Also, the implication of the Managing Organisation and People (MOP) theories that have been taught by the lecturer in the classes to be implied in this assignment. The theories will be consists of communication, leadership, decision-making, and lastly but not the least teamwork. The structure of this report will be based on Gibb’s reflective cycle (1988) that consist of description, feelings, evaluation, and analysis in each paragraph below follow by conclusion and action plan. Communication The first day on MOP class, the group member was assigned by the lecturer for the group assessment. I felt anxious and excited as I have never seen almost all of the classmates faces before. Finally, I ended up with one girl who I knew as we are in the same course, however, she did not recognise me until I told her that we went to the same classes. It makes me realised that a communication is important. There were another two guys and two more women, which made us a representative of four different countries. I was confused on what topic should I talk to them and started asking some basic questions. Though we have different cultures, we could talk, jokes, even sometimes dishing our own country which made barriers of communication vanished. This relates to Nardon, Steers, & Sanchez-Runde
In this paper I will describe and analyze my experience working in a group situation, writing a paper on the movie 12 Angry Men. Utilizing Tuckman’s group process theory, I will also address the effectiveness of our group process.

After working in this position for a while working in groups and introducing new group members is a key ingredient in building teams and relationships. In groups and teams, relationships are the feelings, roles, norms, statuses, and trust that both affect. They reflect the quality of communication between a person and others. The variables that have an important effect on relationships are made with others in small groups. These are the roles a person assumes, the norms or standards, the group develops, the status differences that affect the group's productivity, the power some members have, the trust that improves
In the environment today, it is not unusual to see people working in teams to accomplish certain goals and tasks. During our youth, parents and teachers encourage us through various methods to work as part of a team. Whether a sports team, classroom team, or after school activities, parents and teachers and other authority figures start the introduction of working in teams and teaching the value of being able to work together to accomplish a common goal. As people progress through the various stages of their lives, everyone continues to strive to communicate. Communication is a part of everyday life. It may be overlooked in some areas, but when dealing with a team environment, communication is vital. One
Reflecting on experience is an important capability for an individual to be able to move forward. As (SOURCE) said, “(CONTEXT”). Moreover, individuals ought to be able to work not only individually, but also to work together in a group. Working with other people, especially whom you have not known is not as easy as it seems. In fact, it is quite difficult to develop an effective team. Through this reflection essay on the group presentation that I did last Monday, I have become more aware of useful strategies to deal with issues and understand what could be improved for future presentations. Developing teamwork skills is am important benefit for me as future professional workers.
Collaboration and communication between patient’s, their physicians and the health care team are required in order to preserve the safety of the patient. Improper use of EHR can produce errors that may possibly threaten the reliability of the information in the EHR which may endanger patient’s safety thus decreasing the quality of care. Healthcare quality relies on the accuracy and integrity of the patient’s health information. One manner EHR accuracy may be-threatened is because of the growth of members of the healthcare team copying and pasting text documentation. The copy and paste process poses a risk to the integrity of nursing documentation. Risk such as, redundant documentation, outdated documentation, and inability to identify when
I facilitated in the middle face in the 3rd-week of the group sessions the group members are from different cultures and ethnic, the number member in my group are 8 people including me, there are 6 women and two men, the name of the group are Ivonne Carrillo, Javier Gomez, (was missing the day) Yadira Lara, Sandra Sanchez, Janneth Quevedo, Vanessa Rios, Terence Sinabajije, and me, Rocio Mendoza. The date when I lead the group was November 7, 2016, and I made a facilitator plan for 40 minutes. The plan for the day that I facilitated was focused on the topic that we choose in the preliminary phase which was culture gender and values. The theme that I choose to talk about in my session was about Gender Stereotype discussion. At the beginning part of the group for the first 10 minutes, I started by introducing myself and explaining confidentiality, then I use the Sessional Turning In skill. According to Shulman (2015) explain that “The leader attempts to develop anticipatory sensitivity before each meeting, to themes that could emerge during the session.” (p. 487). First of all I talk about confidentiality than I started doing a review of the previous session, in which Yadira was the facilitator and she talked about gender role and traditions.
The assignment is according to the situation and study from lectures and team work during the course of human resource management. In this assignment, these team members will be referred to as A, B, C, D, E, F and G. The first part of the essay is focused on the team roles and personal characters. Realizing that a group can become a high performance team is important. Accomplishing this goal is invaluable, advantageous and profitable. Once able to operate from a group to the high performing team is a great step into preparation into the big business world. Leaders and members must also realize not only how to accomplish this but that some problems will and can arise from different demographic characteristics and cultural diversity. That is if one is in such a group, which the probability would be quite high.
I am very grateful and most honored for the invitation to address a Joint Meeting of the United States Congress. I was born in Cuba, almost 43 years ago, under the control of its totalitarian communist government. My father suffered persecution for criticizing the regimen and faced allegations of planning to immigrate to the US to overthrow the Castro’s revolution. In 1961 he was sentenced to prison for many years. The government continually harassed and intimidated my family and limited resources of education and jobs for the whole family, before and after my father was released from prison. Their repressive acts also included public acts of shaming and threats. Meetings were held near our house and angry multitudes of people approached us yelling denigrating words, throwing eggs at us, and holding sticks threatening us to beat us. We were fortunate, but not many others in my small town, who were beaten up to death.

Written material could be prepared before the group met and used to make occurrences clearer to members, who have no knowledge of the subject. The other method is telephones, which can assist the members to gain better understanding of each other. In the use of telephones there is the reduce chance of discrimination since the members can not see each other (if they have not met prior- in some incidences here).
The two (2) management issues that this report will be discussing will be; Self-organising via self-selection, and the issue of informal leadership and communication. These issues could be a problem for the organisation moving forward because of the fact that both of these issues are
Teamwork was a really grateful process and significant experience in my Managing Organizations and People course study. The teamwork training was very memorable. After more than two weeks of running, there are many impressive events that happened. From those events, I felt change and also helped develop myself in some areas. In this reflection essay, the main purpose is to find out whether I was suitable to my other three team members who come from different cultures and backgrounds, whether I have good leadership skills and teamwork skills and my individual performance reflective. Like Levi (2007) has said that work in today 's society has become more complex and includes more unconventional features and interdependence, it produced teamwork out. So I will use the Gibbs model (Gibbs 1988) which incorporates description, feelings, evaluation, analysis, conclusion and an action plan to discuss how our teamwork reflected on the case study, prepare the group presentation and my individual performance reflective.
