Good morning Extriara, I was going over the Screening forms that you sent Ashley earlier this month. While I was looking at the form, I noticed a few things with two of the clients. Normally, when I do the screening form from Year Up the income for the client is a $500 a month siphon, but on Ms. Glass have no income. Another client, Griggs, put their date of birth as 12/16/2016. I hope you had a wonderful Holiday and Happy New Year. Thank you, Connie

As EMS Chief I will be bringing Kevin in at some point today to discuss the half way point of his “mentoring” process and where we stand. As I stated yesterday the guideline was created to mentor, guide and evaluate every medical provider regardless license level. The way the guideline is written it gives the mentor flexibility and tools to work with to meet the objective with every participant. We all agreed Kevin needs to step up and pursue outside clinical experiences to retain all the skills he learned and provide top notch care at his skill level. I have concerns whether this is too much for the Health Center providers to manage, I do not want to ask more than can be expected. Let me chat with Kevin
Legacy: I would like to thank all of my family, friends, teachers, and coaches who have supported me throughout high school. I would like to Kip and Julie Johnson, my parents. Thank you for everything that you have done for me. No matter how hard I was on you guys, you never gave up on me. You always knew that I could do better and constantly encouraged me to do so. I would also like to say a special thanks to my girlfriend Bekka. You have always been there for me since the 9th grade when we started dating. You always helped me with any of my work that I had sturggled with. I appreciate you always telling me that I could do better, even though I was lazy. Thank you for always supporting me, love. I would next like to thank all my friends: Tyler, Hugo, Ed, Casey, Tristan, James,
“Good. I’m sending you an email. Look it over and email me any questions. Congratulations again, William. I’m proud of you.”
On May 23rd, Dave Payne, Greg Rodgers, and I went to check on the Trailers at OCS.
Good afternoon y’all. How are you. So I have never publicly spoke in front of a crowded so hopefully you will bare with me and help me get through this. So i'm going to be talking for a little while and I am going to need you to be quiet for a little while so let's all scream now so you won't talk during my speech. . scream on the count of 3 1-2-3 ahhhhhhh. Alright now that that is out of the way. Now you are probably wondering why I am out here.. Have you ever had something laying heavy on your heart. I have and that lead me to come out and speak to you guys today about multiple things. I feel as us as a student body when speakers come and talk to us about bullying, suicide, rape, abuse, ect. We think that things like that do not happen in
It’s my turn to close tonight. It’s a Monday night, so no one is here but one man. I usually don’t close, but I’ve been trying to get all the overtime I can get. I begged my boss for weeks to give me some more hours and he finally gave in. I mean I can understand why he had a hard time deciding because I’m not the most experienced bartender here. I would spend time trying to learn more drinks to make, but I have so much homework to do it takes up most of my time. I thought high school was hard, but college is even harder. In high school, I worked at Friendly’s but still managed to have some extra time. I guess now that I have to support myself financially and attend school, it been a little hard on me. Luckily, I have a scholarship and this
One of the speeches that caught my attention out of all the ones that were given was the roast speech. As this person was giving a speech to a friend the roasting was unique. She was roasting her friend with events that happened through their friendship, such as dances, relationship, and various situations. The roasting speech created moments of a good time while we listened.
I’d like to clarify the reasoning behind the question I asked you yesterday. I knew you misinterpreted what I was asking you when you responded. I didn’t want to interrupt you while you were conducting team check-ins. This morning it dawned on me that, if I didn’t clear this up, I may leave you with the wrong impression.
This morning we had the honor to participate in the ceremony that commemorates a tragic day, not only for Americans, also for the rest of the world. I refer on 9/11. Just before the start of the ceremony, we were talking with the president of FSW. During our conversation, the president were thanked for our presence and moreover made us go over of happened that day, made us remember where we were, and essential part, made us reflect on our position as generation of relief. That day will be a day that the world never
Thank you. If you have the nerve of letting me speak despite all the chaos I have partaken in, then that goes to show that you are in need for a change. Remember, change doesn’t begin with me, it begins with you. Your decisions are what sets the people’s path. Don’t let that overwhelm you. You have survived up until now so what’s stopping you from continuing? Continue to walk on this path to success. You’re all in this together. Guide those who go astray and lead those who have nowhere to go. My wish is to be a part of this wonderful community and help everyone change for the better.
Although, I can view your calendar, I am unable to view the meeting titles and/or subjects. With that said, do you have Leader 2 Leader on your calendar for March 17 from 0830-1030 in the Auditorium? This meeting is for all department heads.
Today my team is going to lose its sense of humor and heartbeat. Farewell to the guy who made every day seem like Sunday with his jokes
When I sat down to write this speech, there were so many things that I wanted to say about Courtney that I didn’t know where to start. there were so many beautiful things that I wanted to say about Courtney, that I didn’t know where to start, but this is by far the hardest thing I’ve ever had to do.
