If you like and are comfortable with who you are, then chances are you do not need to work very hard at becoming a more appealing and charismatic personality. People who are most comfortable in their own skin are not the people who seek to improve on or alter their personalities.
If you feel satisfied with the person you are now then you are probably one of those people that worked hard to obtain a lovable personality. Common people who are most comfortable in their own tegument are not the rabble who nose* to improve on or alter their personalities.
Rather, it is those people who are shy, retiring or may be insecure in their own identities that are most likely to want to change something about themselves to make them somehow more appealing to those around them, not realizing that very often

It is much the same effect as is had when a friend gives us a sincere compliment about some aspect of our character; not only are we pleased to hear this, but we become more aware of this good quality and make an unconscious effort to put it forward more.
What sorts of things should people say to achieve this change in their personalities?
People should begin and end by reinforcing their own worth as human beings. It can be enormously helpful to make a list of all the kind of things you have said in the past concerning your personalities.
It can also be helpful to include a few compliments on physical appearance as well, since these also make us feel good and project confidence, but they should not be the focus of the self-talk, as physical attributes can change quite rapidly and should never be the focus of our evaluation of our own worth.

Everyone likes a person who is happy and friendly. “In order to look good on the outside you must feel good on the inside” (source K). How true this is! You can wear the best makeup and the most up to date clothes, but if you don’t love you, people can see how sad you truly are. It might sound harsh, but I have seen a friend go from the happiest person on earth to someone who looks like they need help, in the matter of seconds because they made a mistake. Over three-quarters of women on the survey I mentioned earlier believe that “beauty can be achieved through attitude, spirit, and other attribute that have nothing to do with physical appearance” (source I). That is a very large number over a very large area. So if you think you aren’t gorgeous, just try being a little happier each and every day and every one of those minuscule imperfections will soon disappear. So many people have low self-esteem because of their looks. But we now know that true beauty comes from the heart. Helping others to see their beauty is a great way to find your own, and you can impact many lives for the better. And if someone is physically attractive, make sure they know it. No body is the same, so why change
Personality is who an individual is, how one does things, manages events and situations, and how one describes other individuals. One 's personality can help guide an individual throughout one 's life, in addition to having power over the situation or task. Many, if not all of these factors of personality, traits, and genetics, make up who an individual is. One 's may believe an individual 's personality, differences, and individualities is the core of who an individual truly is.
Personal Looks: As humans we are visual creatures and highly value looks and personal looks in specific. Though it is acceptable to value how we look there is a darker side of the issues of personal looks. The first thing that comes to mind when one thinks of hypnosis is usually a magician convincing a person to act like a chicken, however, hypnosis is actually an approach that doctors can use to treat pain, depression, anxiety, phobias, and more. Hypnosis is a state in which a person appears to be under a trance and is extremely concentrated (Brandt). It is not a new concept. Multiple research studies have been completed in western countries to assess the effectiveness of hypnosis training on various aspects of child birth, including length of labor, need for surgical intervention, use of pain medication, experienced levels of fear and anxiety, and occurrences of post-partum depression (Philips-Moore, 2012). There are different forms of hypnosis presented throughout the studies that will be reviewed in this article, including self-hypnosis techniques, imagery, hypnotherapy and the process of HypnoBirthing.
