I like making a difference's at TMS. I am able to do that by being a good student, and playing on their sports teams. I think it is important to be involved with your school even if you stay to help clean the lunchroom after lunch block. You can not make things better if you do not take any action. If people see me taking action, to make things better, they might just do the same themselves. This makes things better for us all.
I’m a good student because I help my fellow students and teachers. I take pride in my class work. I listen and do all my class work the first time. I turn in all my work on time. If I can be a good example then others may follow my lead.. If my classmates need any help then I am available to them.

Furthermore, I have also done quite a few acts of service to my town and school even though I realize that it is not necessary for me to do so, I believe that by serving others without a reward is the best way to become a better person and leader. As a matter a fact I am a member of Frisco’s Teens4Green and have volunteered to play “Rufus the Recycling Dog” at local elementary schools, which was a very enjoyable and rewarding experience. In addition, with my early release periods, rather than go home early most days, I choose to go assist some teachers if needed. By assisting them I can learn more about following in one’s footsteps to achieve a certain goal and how to aid another in a time of need. Since then, I knew that I had to serve my school in different ways rather than just teachers. I wanted to demonstrate to my class that I could be a worthy asset, and that I was there for them in wanting to make our senior year extravagant, yet
Give back to the school beyond the classroom. The school is a community, just like the classroom should be. One of the best ways to make that community more beneficial to all its members is to give back. Outstanding teachers know this and put it into practice, whether it is coaching a sport, volunteering with PTO activities, serving on a committee, or supporting other teachers.
I am responsible and turn my work in on time. I study and give my all to my school work. I try my hardest to maintain superior grades while living a busy life. I aspire to make a difference in my future and in order to do so I have to give school my all.
Over the past year, I have served my school and community in many different ways. Whether it be through volunteering or participating in organizations that work to make changes in the lives of others. I try to stay involved in my environment. Currently, I am a student at Rockford Lutheran High School. With the multitude of clubs, my school offers, I am able to interact with other club members to promote student participation. Every year we participate in drives and fundraisers. In Key Club, each year we put together solider boxes. We collect a variety of small items and send hand packaged boxes to our fighting soldiers, as a gift for christmas. Other drives that I partake in are the canned food drives for the local food pantries, and the clothing drives to give winter clothing to those less fortunate. This helps to provide this vulnerable population with warmth during the cold winter months.
Due to my involvement in my school, I have a plethora of opportunities that affect my community. As a member of the National Honor Society, we stay involved in activities that benefit our chapter and Walkerton itself. For instance, we annually undergo a food drive at our school in order to supply food for the people in the community. Then we transport the food to the food pantry and once every month we take turns to distribute the food to the people who need it. This distribution we do for the community aids the people in need as most people receiving the food are unable to transport the food themselves. Alongside the food drives, I spend hours of volunteering for concessions, tutoring students after school, and aiding for the band teacher.
Throughout my four years here at Virginia High School, I have multiple positive contributions. One of the bigger contributions that I have made was being a leader through National Honor Society. This has given me the opportunity to set up the blood drives that happens every couple of months. It has also allowed me to participate at the food pantry. All of these activities have made me the person I am today and also allowed me to help the school look better in the community.
I have many contributions when it comes to school, like most UC qualified students, but what makes me different is being active in community groups along with my school clubs. Rather than just participating in events offered at school, I search beyond for opportunities. What I have done differently is joining a program through Temecula Swim School.
Attentive student- I communicate with kindness and respect to the people I talk to. I use appropriate language. I focus in on assignments and lectures. I ask questions. I email or attend office hours if I need help with homework. I act responsibly by doing work ahead of time to get the appropriate material learned or assignments done. I stay on task when I start school work. I stay off my phone and other non-school related things or sites.
When we went to the community clean up we had to clean a dog park. One school cleared and painted on the parking lot. While our group conformed to yard work by the dog park. The work may have not seemed important but it was. I believe the way we take care of our community is another way we show how we treat our neighbors and friends. We were working together, laughing, listening to music, and play at the park when we were done. In fact it wasn't that hard with a barren area but near the end we were deprived of water. I'm not sure if its plausible we made much of a difference but it did make difference between the freshmen and sophomores
I behave well in class and stay on track. My personality is extremely outgoing, creative, and positive. I am comfortable presenting in front of anyone because I love sharing my ideas. I admire when teachers listen to their students and put time into what they are teaching us. I like working alone most of the time so I can get more work done and be motivated at all times. As a student I would like to figure out new ways to improve my writing. If I improve my writing, I will be better at writing all kinds of essays. My best learning style is when teachers give thorough explanations and then we learn by putting what is taught into our thinking. Learning new information and ways to improve as a student is one of the best things about seventh
The definition of being good would as it pertains to your life would be like do as you’re told. Following directions would be good and also not talking back, but if you say something to me that I don’t like then I’m going to say something back to you. Because no teacher is going to talk to me they are my mom or dad. If you don’t say anything rude to me then I won’t say anything rude to you, it’s just that simple. Other things you can do to be considered good would be completing your work and making sure that you stay on task with your assignments. Also to follow dress code and just be on your best behavior at all times. How to be good at home is really the easiest thing ever. All you really have to do is just accomplish your chores if you have
Being a successful student may involve some of the characteristics such as: organization, time, studying, and believing you can achieve.
To become a success in life, we all need to learn to become a good student in every aspect of life. Becoming a good student takes much work and self-discipline. There are many ways that a student can stand out from the rest of the class. These good students are distinguished by their attitude, intellectual skills, consciousness, and achievement.
In my opinion, I think a successful student is someone who takes their education seriously and who puts their best effort into every assignment. A student who is able to convey their understanding of what is being taught and apply it to their work as well as demonstrate through life skills. A successful student not only completes the task at hand but challenges themselves and strives for opportunities to grow. They allow themselves to maintain a positive attitude and accept failure as long as they tried their very best. They are a student who is responsible for how involved they are in their studies and who will make an effort to ask for help or guidance to gain a better understanding of information. They are active participants in class and they motivate themselves by setting academic goals to enhance their productivity and to have something to look forward to, whether it be career oriented or not. A successful student should be productive within the community, be well invested in school activities, act as a strong leader and a good influence for other students. Also, they may learn time management and being able to maintain a healthy balance between school and a social life continuing to thrive outside of an educational environment.
A good student is someone who always tries to do the right thing and makes education an important priority. Being a good student in school is an excellent start on having a successful future. Motivation is the key to their success. There are many qualities to be considered a good student. Three of the most important qualities are maintaining good grades, having excellent behavior, and managing your time wisely.
