Although, we are a small business I will provide information that will show with the right amount of employees, possessing the knowledge, skill, and ability (KSA) skill sets we can maximize efficiency and meet the critical business needs at the appropriate times. Based on the analysis of the DISC assessments, I would put myself in a leadership role on the team with Robert as my supervisor, and Jeremy, Jessica, and Brian as subordinates. The Postvention Protocol is mainly developed for elderlies impacted with crisis in later life which has the purpose of providing planned intervention, support and other forms of assistance as well as prevention to the occurrence or aggravation of crisis’ outcomes. Its programs or strategies are aligned with the specific needs of the elderly community which will be implemented by the Senior Citizens Association in collaboration with local government and organizations supporting and protecting the rights of elderlies. Rationale for Developing and Implementing Postvention Protocol The Postvention Protocol contains planned interventions or strategies for individuals ages 60 and above which has the intention to provide immediate strategies to crisis, facilitate emotional stability and reduce the risk for negative behaviors associated with the crisis. It is the provision of intervention, prevention, psychological support and other forms of assistance to individuals impacted by crisis in later life.

During the process of writing the Intervention Plan I met with the client on a number of occasions. When I was a little girl my friends and I always talked about what we were going to be when we grew up. Some said a teacher; others said a nurse, secretary, and even a mom. I knew what I was going to be, but what we don't think about is how we get to be these things. We float through elementary school, having small children fun. Next we go to middle school trying to find our ways in the world, some of us worries about grades, and some don't. Not many thinking ahead of high school, let alone college. In high school we soon realize that grades are very important and better grades give you a better chance at better colleges. So those of us who want to go to college start cramping down on our studies so we can get those desirable grades. I may have not been the perfect student throughout high school.
