In my plan if I directly lead this implementation project, I only need two more developers and a business analyst during a year. The reason is that I'm very motivated to do this because I really want this strategy to be realized and successful to successfully turn around/improve the company. The reason you should do that is because currently in the company there are two types of persons we can easily find: one is result-oriented who has a good experience, knowledgable and who are willing to take risks to deliver best result they can to the company, but since they just too much focus to deliver, they don't have time to go around to make good relationship with their supervisors so they may not preferred by the management, this type of persons are necessary to be assigned to core projects to get the projects done that can help to turn around/improve the business. The other type is those persons only good at talking but not at achieving results, they are either only good at making good relationship with their supervisors, or less knowledgable or inexperienced, this type of person only try to find some mistakes of the others to report to their boss to take some advantages, and they only do minor tasks because they don't want to take risks or they dont want to work hard so they can easily pass heavy jobs to others. Based on the analysis of the DISC assessments, I would put myself in a leadership role on the team with Robert as my supervisor, and Jeremy, Jessica, and Brian as subordinates. My style is more fit to a leadership role due to my desire to accomplish bigger and better goals. When I was a little girl my friends and I always talked about what we were going to be when we grew up. Some said a teacher; others said a nurse, secretary, and even a mom. I knew what I was going to be, but what we don't think about is how we get to be these things. We float through elementary school, having small children fun. Next we go to middle school trying to find our ways in the world, some of us worries about grades, and some don't. Not many thinking ahead of high school, let alone college. In high school we soon realize that grades are very important and better grades give you a better chance at better colleges. So those of us who want to go to college start cramping down on our studies so we can get those desirable grades. I may have not been the perfect student throughout high school. My Study habits could have been better, but one thing I do know is that I want to do more with my life than just a high school diploma.
