1. How everyone feels today ?

So, today we are in New Year 2016 and I hope everyone has their own new year resolutions or goals, such as thin people wish to gain weight, fat people wish to lose weight, some wish to spend less to become rich so that they can spend more, and some they wish to quit bad habits. So, I would like to wish good luck for your resolutions to be achieved.

B) Body

1) Based on the article, Why goal setting doesn’t work ? written by Ray Williams in Psychology Today. He referred to research done by The Center For Diseases Control stated that 34% of Americans are overweight and obese. This results because of lack of effort or will to achieve their respective goal.

2) In other hand, setting goal can lead an individual to be too obsessed which is a professor from Northwestern University said that excessive focus on goal can lead people to commit in extreme behaviours to achieve the goals. So, this is the negative effect because the goal were set by everyone was not being practised in an appropriate way.

3) Next, if the way practised to achieve goals are not appropriate, not achieving goal may be more damaging than not having any goals. The negative side goal attainment is when we don’t get to achieve our desire, our nervous system tend to produce negative …show more content…

Remaining in comfort zone it feels good for everyone. To be truth, everyone of us are limiting ourselves to do things. Moreover, everyone has the fear to learn new things because there are afraid of failures. And also people who remain in their comfort zone are very familiar very can’t, must not and many more. 2) Structural Tension
Structural tension is a type of mechanism in our brain from perspective of psychology. We need to list our main goals in a separate book called goal book. Then, we need to read it everyday and make it as habit or discipline. This will activate our power of desire. When our power of desire increases, our brain closes the gap between the current reality and the vision of our goal.
