As a kid, I grew up reading fictional stories; the first book I ever held was the story of Winnie the Pooh and his friends (a gift from my parents when I got sick), watching and discovering sorts of characters from animated shows; and that includes imitating Disney Princesses of course, and many others. So when I was 7, I started wanting to become a successful artist, a writer, or any other that was connected with the arts and crafts. Why? It started when I was little and flourished when I entered school.
Now that I am 18, living a life with a purpose of reaching my goals, I wanted something unusual to experience a situation wherein I have to dedicate myself to it, passionate enough to accomplish that something. Hopefully, if ever I get a chance to talk to the 7-year-old me, we would have a fun chit-chat; how I faced the struggles of my existence, how I build myself up, how I learned from my mistakes, how to survive when you're on a cliff and many others. Also, maybe she would tell me that life is

The woman that was likely to be the mortal wonder woman of her times and a woman who knew how to fight despite all the betrayal, hardships and treachery she has experienced. It somewhat promotes feminism in a way that Joy faces all the struggles that life has brought to her by wearing the most important clothing (if only these are wearable), courage, strength and the never-surrender attitude. Yes, she came to that point wherein she was about to give up when she told her daughter that the world destroys people, and that destroys dreams. But that didn't end there; she stood up, fix herself and fight for her rights. And now, Joy has founded a business dynasty and became a matriarch in her own
Over my time spent learning about Lohan, I have learned quite a bit about her actions and her behaviors that lead her to her choices. According to TMZ’s (2011) biography on Lindsay, she started acting when she was ten years of age. This throws her into a very stressful and fast paced lifestyle at a very young age, which leaves her extremely susceptible to find ways to help control her stress. The massive amounts of attention from her fans, puts a tremendous burden on her.
Think about what you all want to be when you grow up. Maybe you were influenced by your family, maybe your friends, or maybe even where you grew up. Interesting enough, I was realized what I wanted to do after being influenced by the best TV series.
As Katrina Mayer once said “Believe in your dreams. They were given to you for a reason.” As a child, we are always told to follow our dreams. I started playing softball at the age of 6 but started off in T-ball at the age of 3. I knew as soon as I stepped foot on the pitcher's mound during T-ball that is where I wanted to be. As a child, my dream has always been to become an artist. That dream has not changed, it has just evolved over time. Often times I would look for approval from my peers. I felt like I always needed to impress others more than myself. I would try to be a perfect softball player or artist. I have learned that it is okay to make mistakes. Also, that everyone should follow their dreams without having to worry what others
I read a text called The importance of families and the home environment by Jennifer Cole and the National Literacy Trust. Jennifer Cole talks about how child's family and home environment has a strong impact on his or her language and speech development and school achievement. A parent or parents are a child's first form of educator. Cole writes about how social economic statues, family size, and parents education impact an child's home environment. The conveyed that education polices should not limit and only aim to improve literacy standards when children on spend a small percentage of their lives in school, yet polices should aim to embrace the idea of family as a whole and to get parents and guardians to be involved with him or her early.
My first dream is to become an author by the age of twelve. I love writing and I started writing when I was eight years old. It may be hard, but I’m going to do it.
At the age of seven my IDEAL goal was to be able to be successful in life and to go into the field
Ever since I was little, i have had the career aspirations of any other child. From ballerina to firefighter, fashion designer to chef. At one point I wanted to be a veterinarian, but when I came to the realization that I don't particularly like animals that dream slowly faded and died. When I looked back upon my previous dreams I realized one common theme, Helping people. It was from then on that I knew who I wanted to be.
Confetti Girl, by Diana López, and Tortilla Sun, by Jennifer Cervantes are using different points of view to create tension in their stories. First, the author made the girls feel depressed of how their parents won’t understand their feelings. Furthermore, the parents are careless of what the girls do and want them to do things as they tell them to. Lastly, the girls’ opinions are being respected by their parents. Thus, the authors are effectively using different points of view in the story, enabling them to create tension by having the parents who do not understand their children’s feelings, not interested in what they do and wants them to just follow their orders, and not respecting their opinions.
I have always had a difficult time deciding what I wanted to become when I grew up. When I was younger, I thought I wanted to be a journalist or an author. I was writing poetry at the age of 10 and I devoted the summer of the year I turned 13 reading everything Maya Angelou had ever written. The writing bug had gotten to me and I just knew that was what I wanted to be when I grew up. Once my mother discovered my poetry and made me read it aloud to the family; I became incredibly self-conscious and began to shield my work.

At the helm, is Kate Hudson, a popular actress that obviously has insight into the fashion world and the type of clothing women desire.
When I was 7, I had dreams of being a veterinarian but like many kids, I was fickle. This aspiration quickly cycled out with the others and as time went on I got wrapped up in school work and disregarded a career and college up until now.
Wonder Woman has a close connection with feminism. In the era when most superheroes are play and direct by male actors and producers, the production of Wonder Woman is a “call for women’s power” (Munford, 2014, Pg. 3). She is a “unique” hero who serves not only as a hero for all audiences but a hero especially for the women to satisfy their need on the equalization in “power” and the establishment of “independence” from men (Pg. 4-5). Wonder Woman is the idealize icon for women, and of course for men, to worship and follow. Moving on, the representations of Wonder Woman’s “physical” abilities and “mental well-being” in the movies can be explored in detail to show how Wonder Woman symbolizes feminism (Pg. 10). As shown in the movie, Wonder Woman is a godlike female character who has amazing superpowers and attractive
Imagine having successful movies and awards while being underpaid, this was Jennifer Lawrence’s experience. Jennifer had successful movies such as American Hustler and The Hunger Games: Catching Fire and was underpaid while some of her male co-stars have not had successful films in years (Khon). It is ridiculous that an actress gets paid less than her male co-stars when they are doing the same job. As all of this came as a surprise to Jennifer as she found out through an email hack. She said, “When the Sony hack happened and I found out how much less I was being paid than the lucky people with dicks”(Lawrence).
The article tells of the journey of a young courageous woman who adores the beauty life goes by the name of Jennifer Walsh, who poured out all of her savings when she launched her very own beauty company. As rough and tough as the beauty industry is Ms. Walsh still wholeheartedly invested $200,000 into her company, which goes by the name of “PRIDE & GLORY”. Ms. Walsh also started and ran another business that serviced beauty products; the multimillion-dollar beauty brand by the name of “BEAUTY BAR” was sold four years ago or so. This is why I am enabled the opportunity admire the drive and passion. Ms. Walsh definably exemplifies the characteristics of a person who cannot and will not be defeated by any obstacles or hardships.
Growing up as a child and through school years, kids are asked what do they want to be when they grow up. When so young, children never really know what they want in life. Consequently, their response would be something referring to everyday life, or something or someone they admire the most. For instance, a superhero whose known to save the world, or a police officer whose known to help and protect you, your typical neighborhood heroes. I on the other hand always knew that being a young business owner, being in the medical field, and being a real estate agent were careers that I dreamed of.
