Dearest Miss Eberhart, As I write thank you letters, I can easily write about the things I am thankful for from other people, but with you I have so much to be thankful for, I don’t know where to begin. You have made a larger impact on on my life than anyone else I know. My Abu, as you already know, taught me life lessons, but, you taught me how to act upon those life lessons and make a difference. Everyone wishes they had a figure like Oprah in their lives to give them advice about life; I am glad I found my Oprah in you. You have been more than a teacher to me; you have become my mentor, and my friend. No amount of thank yous will be enough for the time and effort you have put into ensuring my success. You not only helped me out in writing
I am writing this letter on behalf of a good friend Greg Gallegos. I met Greg through his son and my close friend Damian Gallegos. Almost immediately after meeting Greg he accepted me as if I was family and I know that almost all of Greg’s friends could agree. I quickly learned that Greg was a family orientated person. He was always involved and very supportive of his children and grandchildren. Greg is also a person I could always rely on. Whether it was picking me up when I was stranded in the middle of the night when my motorcycle broke down, helping me get a job after I returned from basic training or always welcoming and including me in whatever he had going on. I honestly can’t think of a time that he has ever let me down
I am writing to thank you for the honor of caring for your family member for many years; it has been a great pleasure in having the responsibility of your love one to care for.
I hope that you are doing well. I appreciate the effort and advice that you guys gave to me in regards to what these letters should entail. I truly appreciate your support and prayers for this trip. I hope that you guys are having a great year. As you personally know, following this message is a general message, so going off on the premise of having prior knowledge of that fact, please forgive the cheesiness following this first paragraph.
Thank you Denise, my wife for over thirty – five years. Also I would like to acknowledge Shaw T. May for his charitable assistance and friendship. Thank you to my church PMBC for your constant encouragement and patience with me in this undertaking. Your inspiration and support for me has assisted in my growth and the advancement of the kingdom of God.
then to that extent am I able to express concretely my appreciation for what you have done. That is a debt I shall never stop paying and it begins back in the thirties, when you read the rhetoric of ‘Hitler’s Battle’ before the League of American Writers, at the New School (I believe you were the only speaker out of the whole group who was concerned with writing and politics, rather than writing as an excuse—and that in a superficial manner. It took a war to reveal the illusion in which the boys were caught, but you must have known it all the time. […)] Anyway, I am writing a novel now and perhaps if it is worthwhile it will be my most effective means of saying thanks. Anything else seems to me inadequate and unimaginative.
Mom and dad, I want to thank you for always being by my side and giving me the strength to achieve all that I can. I love you both very much and please don’t ever forget that you can always count on me just as I know that I can always count
I hope you had a great summer and are having a great semester. Just wanted to say thank you for being such a great teacher and putting the students first. You are my favorite professor! Before graduation I accepted a job offer with Houston County Schools. I am a Speech Therapist. So far all is well. The people are helpful and kind. Thank you for the training and certifications. The certifications allowed me to stand out in the various interviews. Majority of the time I was the only interviewee with an AMSTI certification. I was offered several speech and special education jobs. I received a job offer after each interview I attend. Furthermore, thank you for building my confidence in my math skills. Thank you very much for the time and effort
It’s not often that people my age take the time to say thank you. In fact it’s rare for people to even think about how others have been an impacted in our lives. Given it the season of thankfulness I’d like to let you know how appreciative I am to have you in my life as a teacher, a counselor, and as a mother who look out for me in school. Before the school year started you came to my school and did a presentation about how Sheridan is and you told me, I had a meeting with you and other important people from the school later on that week. You give me tips on how not to be nervous, keep clam, and just be you.
Lastly Rahim, I want to thank you for always being there for the both of us. I know you see him differently than I do. You understand him in a way I cannot. I cannot see him as anything other than different. It’s great that we have met so early on and thus, took down many obstacles together and achieved amazing
I am grateful for every person I have gotten a chance to help thus far for being willing to share their stories with me and showing me that it is possible to live a life full of love and kindness despite facing immense adversity. If I can help make the world a safer place where people can feel comfortable with their identities, not in spite of them, that I want to do everything I can do to feel that way. Everyone has the power to influence the lives of others, I want to use my power to do something
Since Thanksgiving is right around the corner, in English we were given the task of giving a “gift of writing”. That means that we had to write a letter to someone that we love and are thankful for but aren’t entirely sure how to express just how thankful for them we really are. I immediately thought of you. Although we have only known each other since sixth grade, I feel like it's been forever. You are always there for me in my times of need. For example when I broke on my foot on your knee while teaching you how to play lacrosse. I was in pain a lot of pain very quickly and you did everything you could to comfort me, which included carrying me to and from the treehouse. You are always willing to try new things (even if they aren’t always
I will like to start off this letter by saying Thank you for giving me the opportunity of experiencing college this past summer. I got a chance to have feel on how classes are and I got a chance to live in a environment with loving and caring staff. This past summer Claflin really brought me towards maturity and how to go about things I can honestly say just being on campus there with intelligent others gives you a feel of being important. I come from southeast of Washington, Dc where you aren't as important unless you're a drug dealer or a thug of some kind. My mother raised me along with my younger sister on her own.. my dad was barley in my life. With that being said I never really had a male role model or supporter throughout years of growing up. My mom
I am writing you a letter because I am doing an assignment in class and wanted to write to you to tell you how thankful I am for you to be in my life and prepare me for the next stage in my life. You helped me throughout my whole entire life. You help me grow and become into a decent young man. I fear a few things in life for the next chapter in life. For example what about the next chapter of my life youŕe not here, what would I do then? But whatever happens, happen and I'm very thankful for you. I do think I'm ready for the real world and the next chapter in my life, all my life I've been help to prepare for the next chapter in life.
I want to saying thank you. Not only have you given me a new outlook in life but you have help me mold into the person I am and will be become I love your immense capacity for love, love that challenge me to think more, explain more, and understand more. I enjoy sharing with you all I know and learning from your knowledge and experience. Being with you, talking to you, growing with you is all I want to do.. You are my best friend and I wouldn't want experience anything in this world without you. See I did many amazing thing before you. I lived and enjoyed but I always had a missing component to all those moments. You came into my life piecing the puzzle together effortlessly and as you entered, love walked in. It was a magical moment that I will treasure you for.. I contemplated if love like this existed would someone like you be real and as month then year pass by I could believe how bless I was becoming. You always told me you will show me the queen I am. And not a day
Ava, where do I even start. You have been my best friend since 4th grade. I can’t even describe what our friendship and sisterhood is. My teacher was planning on reading this but, I said no because 1. She wouldn’t understand any of it and 2. I would probably be sent to a mental asylum or kicked out of school even though I only have 2 more days of school not counting today. We have been through hell in back at the least. You have helped me with every problem I have ever had. You helped me with the divorce and my father just being my father and my mother being crazy and my sisters mostly Jessica. If I didn’t have you in my life I am pretty sure I would be homeless and crazy. Even to this day, I call you when I need assistance on knowing what the right thing to do is. And I forgot to mention the assignment was to write someone who has made a change in your life and mentored you. You were easily the first name that came into my mind. I wanted to write this to you not only has an assignment but, to thank you for everything (also if can kinda be like my yearbook thing for you). Well if I haven’t said it thank you. I don't think that you have realized how much you have done for me. You saved me from being alone at Bannockburn from mole and literally everyone. Bannockburn was pretty much hell until you came even though I was like 5. Thank you for helping deal with my crazy parents and just overall family and for literally being my rock. You fix everything even without trying. We
