The patients in the community are relying on the Sunlight Hospital to make sure the services are rendered with prodigious quality. The California data of Health Services have notified the administrator that the medical professionals are highly trained with very little medical errors in the hospital. For that reason, the patients are pleased with our services that we offer and the hospital has been voted by the community as one of the best facilities. The staff is dedicated and show great concern about the well-being of our patients. Due to the efficiency of the Sunlight Hospital, it is the only facility in California who has instituted their own stock supply system in house for patient care. In order for Sunlight Hospital to design a successful quality improvement plan, every staff member must participate and work together as one team. Since there is limited patient interaction from the employees when dealing with the patients, there will be a patient and family health wellness day for the community.
