Attitude can vary from negative to positive. The way people react and the attitude they have toward both good and bad situations can show how they do under certain conditions. Many people think negatively when conflict and war is the topic of a conversation. Having a positive attitude is the best response to conflict, especially in times of hostility and warfare. Throughout history many people have experienced war. Few people actually have a positive attitude toward it. Often times voicing negative feelings will make the situation even worse,

Motivation is a state of mind which pushes both the mental and physical self to achieve things unimaginable, it is not just a few words spoken in order to get things done, it can be anything and everything, Motivation can be found in incentives and even in a pen, you might just love working because the way the pen writes motivates you, it’s all in there, in that little fluffy ball in our skulls which we call the brain! A well motivated man can achieve more than a well trained one. A person might have mastered in all the traits of mountaineering but cannot escalate a foot without motivation!
What is motivation? According to text, motivation is defined as a set of factors that activate, direct, and maintain behavior, usually toward a certain goal. Motivation is the energy that makes us do things: this is a result of our individual needs being satisfied so that we have inspiration to complete the mission. These needs vary from person to person as everybody has their individual needs to motivate themselves. Depending on how motivated we are, it may further determine the effort we put into our work and therefore increase the standard of the productivity. There have been a wide variety of theories about motivation developed over the years. Several are drive-reduction theory, arousal theory, psychosocial

Maslow 1943 believed individuals have a set of motivations that are related to rewards and their unconscious desires. People are motivated to achieve certain needs and once their needs are fulfilled individuals will move on to the next one (Corey, 2005). Maslow created a five stage hierarchy of needs pyramid he stated that basic needs must be met in order to progress onto the next level of needs. These are the following needs Maslow identified on the pyramid:
Employees are happier when they feel that they are rewarded fairly for the work they do. Always acknowledge employee responsibilities, and the effort they put on, and the tasks that they have done well.
The employees feel that they have greater responsibility and trust put on them, this can generate greater participation, commitment, and a better job performance.
In order for leaders to inspire job satisfaction, employee commitment and timely output, motivation must be at the forefront of the organization’s agenda. Motivation is a force that initiates, direct, and sustain individual or group behavior in order to satisfy a need or attain a goal (ERIC, 2016).
(P2.4) Motivation refers to the willingness of individuals to perform certain tasks or actions and because when workers are motivated they strive more to improve and develop their skills to do a better job for their next task that are given to them. Here are the motivational techniques that can resolve to motivate employees to perform better:
Esteem needs: According to Maslow, after satisfying social needs, employees often want to seek fulfillment of esteem needs. Self-esteem is comprised of self-confidence and self-respect whereas having esteem for other individuals is the respect one has for them. (Davidson 2005 p.307) When the performance of an employee is consistently rated high, that employee is often recognized for their superior performance. Once a manager rewards or promotes and employee, they often gain respect from their peers. This leads to employee being proud of themselves and intern gaining self-respect and self-confidence. “Employees often think that hard word leads to promotion opportunities. Having workers think that they can be promoted as a reward for hard work can be a motivator.” (Taylor, 2006 p. 8)
