1. Introduction: McDonald’s Restaurant is the world largest hub for the fast food sector. I am working as an assistant manager. In this report, I will be evaluating the effectiveness of the use of management information system in the McDonald’s Restaurant. Background: McDonald’s is the one of the leading fast food restaurant chains all over the world. This company firstly opened in San Bernardino, California in 1940 as a barbecue shop owned by two brothers, Richard and Maurice. Through this report I will be expressing my learning about planning and development of managerial management for brasserie and Wellington on a plate. The workflow included creating work rosters based on availability of the staff, allocating departments to teams keeping in mind that each team has enough manpower and strength to execute the service in an organized way with least expectancy of flaws. Furthermore, I will be talking about how the duties were assigned and what all parameters were kept in mind for allocating departments to each person.
