Through this report I will be expressing my learning about planning and development of managerial management for brasserie and Wellington on a plate. The workflow included creating work rosters based on availability of the staff, allocating departments to teams keeping in mind that each team has enough manpower and strength to execute the service in an organized way with least expectancy of flaws. Furthermore, I will be talking about how the duties were assigned and what all parameters were kept in mind for allocating departments to each person.
