Mulberry Group PLC is the English luxury brand based in the United Kingdom, a holding company incorporated in 1974 and is listed on the Alternative Investment market (AIM). Roger Saul established the business in Somerset in 1971 using £500 he received on his grounds of his school. The first collection consisted of plaited belts and chokers, desirable leather accessories regarded as the handbags of their time. The company is engaged in the design and manufacture or sourcing of luxury accessories, clothing and footwear. Mulberry mission is to creates beautiful leather products from the most carefully chosen and exquisite natural leathers. Each individual bag is the result of highly skilled craftsmanship married with creativity, imagination and innovation. From its home to its most iconic signature pieces, Mulberry is an English luxury brand. It is individual, charming, practical and idiosyncratic. Mulberry vision is to enhance its product range, establish regional structure and invest in talent across the business. Mulberry’s objectives is to accelerate its brand awareness in the USA and Asia, and the greater visibility in Asia which will allow them to benefit from tourist traffic in Europe and USA at the same time as growing their business locally. Mulberry’s goal is targeting to open 15 to 20 new stores in the future.
