Family is almost everyone’s main priority today. When friends seem to disappear, family will always be there. Family comes with tears of joy, anger, strong protection, laughs, sadness, and happiness. It’s never a dull moment around close love ones. Being around family, and having fun with them is like winning the lottery. It’s such an exciting feeling. On the other hand, family can be very annoying. So annoying that someone wishes they weren’t related to them. Rather it’s someone’s annoying bitter judgmental aunt, alcoholic uncle, or someone’s aggravating little sister.
Having a huge family can be a good and bad thing. Having a big family comes with endless excitement. From parties, cook-outs, and birthday parties. I cannot imagine living my life without my family by my side. Family is very important and valuable to me and is something that should never be taken for granted. Without my family, a large part of my life would be missing. Some days we have our share of laughs, some days its all anger.
In this world of doubt and loneliness my family is always there for me, holding their arms open with love. I remember on the first day of high school at Central High School in Macon, GA I was so afraid of going inside. My heart raced with fear. The only reason I entered was because my mom and sister walked in with me. I felt more comfortable with my families’ strong support. Knowing someone’s supporting me makes me happy. It assures me that I will always have a backbone.
Family is supposed to listen to you when you're in need. Family is supposed to have your back. Family is supposed to be loyal. Family is supposed to be dependable. Family is supposed to accept you at your worst and best moments. Family is supposed to make you laugh and smile. Family is the number one unconditional love that everyone has. Whether it be the unconditional love from immediate family members or close friends, everyone has that one person they go to in times of need. It’s funny how those closest to you can hurt you the most.
A family is a group a group of people related by blood, adoption or assimilation. Nobody can deny the fact that nothing as important as a family. Family is a bond, a long lasting relationship between individuals. A close family bond is like a safe harbor where one feels secure and assured that there is always someone who they can lean on when they need them the most. Families instill morals and beliefs from generation to
A family can shape one’s identity. A family can guide you through life. They can be supportive and helpful. This is important
As John Krakauer said in Into the Wild, “Happiness is only real when shared.”6 Family the most important thing in my life. I know that I always have people watching my back and making sure I am safe. Family is not necessarily just biological or blood relatives. Family, in my case, is bigger than just my biological family. My family includes my parents and relatives as well as the friends and families that watch out for me as I do for them. The idea of family really appeals to me because it has most influence on people growing up. For me, my family was the most influential part in my growth and character, but they will not be there forever. One day they will pass away leaving everything to me to start a family of my own.
In every culture, family is very important. Family can be defined in multiple ways. Family is the unity between multiple individuals either related by common blood or lifetime friendships. Family can be anything from blood relatives, sports teams, and school organizations. Also every family has their own characteristics, morals, and values.
Individuals have numerous methods for characterizing a family and what being a part of a family intends to them. Families contrast as far as monetary, social, social, and numerous different features, but yet is family. The traditional family consists of a father, mother and children. Family means that no matter what you're in it together, and till the end. It means that no matter how many times you may argue with your parents, sisters, or brothers, deep down you still have that unconditional love for them and if any one tries to step on any of them, you'll be the first to stand up and defend them. It means that you never let them stand alone, they come first. It means that you are getting unconditional love and that there's someone out there who knows when you hurt, and fell when you haven't said a single word. My family and I is very close we have multiple cookout, dinners, birthday parties, and also family reunions. A time where we just get together talk, laugh, have a good time, watch movies, dance, let the kids bond with their cousins and eat really good. Family is something you cherish and something you don’t take for granted. Family you can’t choose but your friends you
Throughout my life there has been many things that hold me up and keep me strong. My church, this school, and all the friends I have here are just to name a few. But the one I want to show you today is one of the most important foundations of my life, and that is my family and how they have helped me enjoy the great times and persevere through the hard trials, and what a true blessing families are in all of our lives.
I know mostly everyone has a family, whether you see them or not we all have a mom, we all have a dad. However, no one's family is like mine. My family is as good as families get, if not better. I can’t even put into words how thankful I am for them. It’s not even just my mom and dad. It’s my grandmas, my grandpa's, my Aunts, My uncles, and even my cousins. I know if I was in need of help, I have my
“Know therefore that the LORD your God is God, the faithful God who keeps covenant and steadfast love with those who love him and keep his commandments, to a thousand generations” (Deuteronomy 7:9). Through all generations of my family leading up to today, my family, on my mother and father’s sides, all practice the same faith. All of my family is Catholic, most of my friends growing up were catholic, and everywhere I looked, my faith was an important part of my life. I went to private school for nine years; the same one many of my cousins and my siblings attended. All of the people around me when I was a child prayed and worshiped like I was taught to do. They were the ones that influenced me to go deeper into my faith. Through the daily religion classes and weekly masses, to the teachers and priest that influenced my morals and values, I look back on those days as times I cherish. I had learned to open my heart and let others in to take a part in my life. I set boundaries for myself to be a respectful person and keep my faith. And most importantly, I am a life worth living as we are all made from the same image of God. Private school is the reason I am the person I have grown to be today and I will become tomorrow.
Family was a word that made me feel like an empty bag, drifty down the wind, not having a clue about . It was a word I heard a lot, my family this and my family that, people I was surrounded with had a family to be with but I didn't have no family here to even spend time with. Sometimes when I heard people talk about their family, I would day dream and imagine how my family was like, what did they like to do and go to family reunions, how many people were in my family, were there some in my family characteristics that I shared with them or were there others that were totally different from mine. I would think what was my mom and dad's side like, what was different about them. All these questions I had floated in my head and left me wondering out for years. Whenever people asked about my family, I would just want to blast off, miles away to my destination and meet them, then land back to the conversion and tell them about my family.
Family should love each other unconditionally and bring each other happiness. Friends are the family you choose the old saying goes. But is this really so far from the truth? In Michelle Blessings article “Meaning of Family” she states, “Many people consider friends to be as close or even closer than extended (or immediate) family…This type of family unit, while untraditional, can be just as close, if not closer, than a traditional structure. Friends are chosen by an individual; at times, these people may be more special or important than the family a person was born with.” Studies show that having good friends is important to the growth and development of individuals. Sometimes when individuals have lost close family members it makes it even easier for friends to step in and fill the void. These friends bring smiles and happiness and are very understanding. Having friends is important and the
Family is one of the most important parts of life. When you have a piece of that missing, you always wonder what could be different. When I was little i always looked up to my uncles and my best friend was my papa. I wanted to do everything with them but because of my uncle’s job in the armed forces we didn’t see him as much as we liked but that made our time together even better. I would go everywhere with my papa and when my cousins were in North Carolina I wanted to do everything with them. I didn’t know that our family tree was just a little more complicated than I thought. It was something that would affect me forever.
Family is the gift that God gives to us for all the life. We have to take care for it and make it stronger as the years past; they are our funds, in good or bad moment, even we don’t ask for their hand, they will give do it. We can count every moment with them, with no exceptions because there is a blood tie also, and more important. There is an affective bond which is stronger than any other link in this world. Having a large family could be so cool, sure we have a lot of fun and happiness. When we are lonely, we have someone to talk and share the story. If we have a problem, a lot of family members will help to solve our problem. We also have more chores and responsibilities towards other people that make you more responsible and
After birth, our self image comes from our primary caregiver’s eyes and that is our family. The family is the most ancient of human institutions. It is bound up with all our strongest instincts. A genuinely united family is one of the greatest possible sources of happiness. Every family member play pivotal role in the family. Family is a vehicle that lead human to a new life in this society.
I believe that having large families are more beneficial than having small families. I agree with the people that the issues of money and space are usually linked with large families. But those problems, in the long run, seem insignificant and trivial when considering the overall development of large families. In fact, such issues do not create problems for people who have large families. The bigger families provide more love, fun and the sharing of enjoyment and sorrow which is the normal aspect of all the families in the world. For instance, if something occurs in the family, you find lots of support from the family members, who are always keen to extend a helping hand when needed. However, if you have still problems within your family and
