The KIN organization that I am doing my risk management project on is Eastside Centre in East Peoria, Illinois. This facility has been in use for quite some time, but they usually keep everything up to date and maintained. The three main sections that I am examining are the weight room, basketball court, and the indoor track. I am not examining the outdoor track or the baseball complex that is outside. Eastside is a top-notch fitness and athletic facility. It not only allows people to be fit, but also hosts tournaments on the national, regional and local levels in softball, baseball, volleyball, soccer and also track. It also hosts high school events for East Peoria Community High School and also Central Junior High School baseball,

I was immediately intrigued from the beginning of Food, Inc. There was interesting and valuable information brought up during the film. Many people do not think about where their food comes from. I believe that if people were to know where their food comes from, they would not want to eat it. There are 47,000 products at a grocery store. But, Food, Inc. implies that this is in fact an illusion because all of them are made with the same crops. The fact that there are only a few multi-national corporations that control all of the crops and meat production is a huge surprise. I believe that each person in society would be absolutely shocked if they were to watch this documentary.

All documents are dated and signed to allow us to have a visual audit trail which is easily identifiable. Any paper based documents that are no longer current are archived, clearly labelled and stored securely. Records of Assessment, achievement and Internal Verification activities are kept for the requested three year period and are readily available to the awarding body upon request.

The location for the baseball field with is located at 1218 Alabama Avenue, Selma Alabama. Among this area is the town’s local high school, several suburban communities and several eating establishments. Provided on the site will be storage houses to store materials for the project. Among this area there is 24 hour of security surveillance cameras to secure the locations. The following are directions to the establishment.

During the summer of my freshman year in college, I worked for a small private landscaping company planting shrubs, seeding new lawns, cutting grass, and tending flower gardens. The company was located in my hometown of Seaview, N.J., which is a rural community on the coast about 80 miles from Philadelphia. The company was owned and run by Joe Brewster, a 45-year-old man who had lived in Seaview all his life. He had started the company some years ago and not only handled the paperwork (payroll, bills, estimates, and so on), but also worked along with the crew six days a week.

Since World War II, gardening industry grows quite rapidly with significant impact on the way people entertainment and changes people’s lives. Although the Blossoms Garden Center (BGC) has developed with a strong reputation for the quality and range of its plant and its knowledgeable staff, it still faced problems during the developing process, which could cause negative effects in itself such as lack of competitiveness and loss market shares (PMM, 2015). Specifically, in line with market changes, the business generated revenue has sharply decreased from £4.23million in 2013 to £3.87million in 2014 (PMM, 2015). This case study aims to identify those problems of Blossoms Garden Center. It critically examines a number of strategies could be used efficiently and effectively in BGC. Finally, it will evaluate those strategies that appear to yield the best results.
