Economic issues are relevant because it is assumed that insurance premiums are increased, rising cost increases during a recession, mandated benefits and other costs will be passed on to consumers and billions of dollars will be taken from seniors Medicare benefits. The cost of healthcare has always been an issue for the insured and uninsured because Americans were not financially protected until the ACA was enacted. The ACA has ended lifetime limits on health plans and insurance companies cannot increase premium rates. If premiums do increase, insurance companies must explain why this action was taken and justify it (Department of Health and Human Services 4). Before the ACA was enacted, many people were going into debt due to medical bills. For the nth time, the Trump administration lost again to his predecessor in his attempt to repeal the Affordable Care Act. The battle was no longer in Congress but at the HealthCare.gov website where over 8.8 million Americans signed up for ACA health plans for 2018.

For the past seven years the American people have had something called Affordable Care Act or else known as Obamacare. The Affordable Care Act was signed into act by President Obama on March 23, 2010 . But, with the election of President Donald Trump we can see that the Obamacare Act can come to an end and be changed with the American Health Care Act, or as most Americans have labeled it as Trumpcare.

US health care is one of the most talked about or controversial topics in last few years. We often come across debates, articles or columns relating to this topic. This is a hot topic of this generation. Why everyone should have insurance? Why people should have for something that might not use? These are some of the questions we found ourselves surrounding by. In my opinion US citizens should be required to have insurance. Both men and women have separate needs when it comes to health. More women are facing health issues because of teen pregnancies and child birth, it is important to for everyone to have a health care plan according to their needs. So when the time comes right treatment and medical attention can be provided. Position on Topic: Obamacare is one of the most highly argued topics in today’s economics and politics alike. Many people believe that its goal of universal healthcare is a good thing and that healthcare should be a right as a U.S citizen. Others believe that Obamacare is a disaster causing people to pay more unnecessary taxes in order to compensate for people who are unable to pay for healthcare due to poverty status and is economically unfavorable. There are also people who believe it should be kept but many changes need to be made in order to make it effective. Considering both arguments, I believe Obamacare should be repealed and replaced with a new healthcare policy.

Obamacare has drastically raised health care costs for individuals and families. One of the reasons Obamacare was established was to reduce family premiums by $2,500 a year (Anderson 1). However, this goal has not been accomplished yet, the typical family premiums are increasing at rapid rates (Anderson 2). From 2015-2016, Family Silver, one of the most popular family insurance plans, had a ten percent increase on their premiums price. Some states even rose by forty percent (Furchtgott-Roth 3). When it comes to our health, a good healthcare plan is a very important subject for all individuals. Some even argue that it is a basic right to have one. Bernie Sanders stated, “Healthcare must be recognized as a right, not a privilege. Every man, woman, and child in our country should be able to access the health care they need regardless of their income…” (“Issues: Medicare for All”). However, reality tells us a whole different story. America is one of the most developed countries in the world with some of the best medical care. Yet, how can the people enjoy the benefits when it is almost unaffordable to most. People are afraid to fall sick just because they are afraid of how much it would cost. However, sometimes a doctor or hospital visit is unavoidable. In most cases, it comes at a great price, especially to the middle class and the elderly. Wealthy individuals are likely to reap the benefits of having an expensive healthcare plan, while the rest may suffer from the unimaginable cost of treatments, or even worse, live a risky life without insurance. An effective solution to this problem would be a Universal Healthcare System. This would ensure that all people have equal and affordable health coverage, centralized healthcare records for all individuals which will help easy diagnosis by doctors and reduce the intensive labor costs of medical billing. Moreover, it may boost the economy by freeing business from providing expensive healthcare benefits to workers.

This paper focuses on modeling and calculating trust between nodes in WSNs, based on sensed continuous data to address security issues and deal with malicious and misbehavior nodes and for assisting the decision-making process. A new trust model and a reputation system for WSNs can be proposed. The trust model establishes the continuous version of the reputation system applied to binary events and presents a new trust and reputation system for sensor Networks. This approach for mixing of second hand information from neighboring nodes with directly observed information to calculate trust between nodes in WSNs. Trust metrics can be used to evaluate the trust value of each node in the clusters. Behaviors are monitored by monitoring node (MN). Monitoring node selected at the next higher level of CH, this can also be changed dynamically along with CH. The main focus of this paper is to develop a fuzzy theory based trust and reputation model for WSNs environment.

Before starting the Accounting Information Systems class, I had little idea of what accounting information was. After having Professor Carothers for previous accounting classes, I knew it would be a tough class but the knowledge I would gain would be well worth it and everlasting. Throughout this semester, I have learned a great deal of information, because of this it is hard to talk about everything. I decided instead of talking about everything I learned I would choose the topics I believe will be beneficial for later use, whether in school or at a job. The important topics I chose are; creativity, interviewing, cycles, frauds and errors, controls, and flowcharts.
