This organization has a global and worldly mindset by having global divisions around the world. PepsiCo global divisions are located in North America, Latin America, Europe Sub-Saharan Africa, Asia, Middle East, and Africa. PepsiCo strives to be a worldly organization thru the strong creation of cross-cultural leaders.
